I was excited to finally get food from this establishment, but I was extremely disappointed. I ordered my food from Texoma Delivery and was a little frustrated that I had to order $15 worth of food, but I was willing to over look that because I ordered stuff that sounded good and it was stuff that I usually order when I order take out from a Chinese restaurant, but when I received my food, which was surprisingly fast, I was in shock. This food looked nothing like Chinese food. The food looked over cooked, soggy, bland and just not how it usually looks when I order the same thing at different Chinese restaurants. I tasted it and my assumptions were correct. Everything was sooo gross and very disappointing. The egg drop soup (flower soup) tasted like a bad can soup, which means it didn’t taste like authentic egg drop soup, and the wonton soup had vegetables in it and tasted like a vegetable soup which wasn’t what I thought I was getting. I regret spending my money at this establishment. If you want the traditional hole in the wall Chinese food like what you can get at pretty much every other Chinese restaurant you go to, don’t go here. Maybe their food is better at lunch, since I did order at about 4:00 pm, but I will not be trying them again...
Read moreMy husband and I went here for the first time last week. We got a variety of things to familiarize ourselves with several of their dishes to see what we liked. I wasn't a fan of most of the food (but I don't like Chinese food generally). He liked everything but the garlic chicken (which I really liked. It was a few pieces of bone-in fried chicken flavored strongly like garlic) and neither of us liked the lemon chicken at all. It was fried pieces of boneless chicken with a tart sauce that tasted strongly of honey on it. The one thing I loved and will go back to gasp a Chinese restaurant for is their chicken fried rice. I'll be able to go with Chinese-food-loving friends and just order their rice as a meal. It was great. The teriyaki chicken appetizer is chunks of dark meat chicken on a stick that I really didn't think had any flavor at all. Crab rangoons were good and the egg roll was yummy, as well. The service was very polite and typically attentive.

Get the pan fried dumplings. I make a meal of these...
Read moreI found nothing really authentic. Pretty much everything tasted of fish fried in chicken grease, and powerfully so. Not a great value, though not horribly priced. Egg roll was worse than out of the freezer section, rangoons were flavorless. soup was poor, but edible. fried rice was bland. they don't deliver despite what the website says. Greasy and bland best describes most every dish I have had, though the garlic fried chicken was decent, even if a bit fishy. For quantity of food, their specials are not bad, but if quality matters, better drive 40 or 50 miles to get something decent. Gotta love being 50 miles from anywhere. This restaurant is a truly wasted opportunity to bring something good to Ada. Suggestions to the owners: Delivery would give your business a major boost, and focus on a solid, quality made menu with rich flavors (authentic, Americanized, or a balance of the two.) You have the basis for something great, but it seems...
