Slow service and usually no MD on call. There was one time that I took my husband there for an emergency and they're actually was a doctor on call, however I have never been more mad in my life. My husband was having an attack of rhabdomylosis and was in very bad condition. I suppose the doctor needs to go back to medical school because he had never heard of this and didn't realize my husband was having this problem. He was unwilling to try to figure out what was wrong and went out into the hallway and told my husband's mother and stepfather that my husband was actually drunk on the job. My husband at that time had quit drinking and still does not drink, but he took it upon himself to go out and announce everybody in the hallway that that was what was wrong with my husband. I reported it to the hospital but as far as I know nothing was done about it because they never got back in touch with me. This was an absolute HIPAA violation. Our experience is so poor it doesn't even deserve a one star rating. I'm very disappointed in the lab there and their ability to be honest and do a investigation into the ABSOLUTE ERROR that either Cowen hospital lab made, or Cowen pain clinic made. Regardless it was made and a innocent person now has to suffer for someone's innocent or intentional mistake regardless a mistake was made and instead of them omitting their mistake they are covering it up. Had to have a CT angiogram today and just have to say, Sara from radiology to Andrea and Curtis from the ER, who, bless their hearts, worked together to get my IV started to Ashley in Repertory therapy who did my EKG to Stephanie who worked with my cardiologist in Maryland to make sure orders came through, and to where they needed to go, you all are absolutely wonderfull, kind and caring!
