I don’t typically write reviews but given the circumstances I feel obligated to help protect the next person from this place. The only reason this store is getting one star is due to the fact that the store itself is nice and I can’t give it 0. I purchased a Red Sea tank from Chris here and it was a nightmare. After loding it into my truck I noticed damage to the glass on the side he was carrying which right away told me he knew about it and didn’t bother to mention it. He Wouldn’t refund me my money and let me return it while I was still there at the store and then assured me that it wouldn’t effect the warranty from Red Sea and that the chip in the corner was cosmetic and then handed me a pathetic 40 dollar store credit gift card. I then get home and after setting it up discover the ATO tank was broken. It was to late at this point to call because they were closed so I called the next day. After explaining what happened he told me it wasn’t his problem and to call Red Sea I could purchase one from them and offered no help what so ever to resolving this problem basically told me in a non professional way to bad and oh well what do you want me to do about it... All I wanted was the ATO tank replaced due to the fact I paid 1000 dollars for the tank and felt that everything should be in working order. I then contact Red Sea and explain to them the situation and they tell me the tank is now out of warranty should it ever leak. So now I paid retail for a tank that I was not allowed to return and out of warranty. If you choose to do business with these ppl beware of the disgraceful customer service that goes along with this place they are all smiles until they get your money. I will be reporting this to BBB and the attorney generals office and whom ever else I...

I love the place I am a very experienced hobbyists also currently going to school for marine science I've bought from all over the place and I really loved the outcome of my purchase from aqua dreams it was a pleasant order unfortunately I wasn't able to visit the store I live on line island but I was able to order some really beautiful anemone specimens I had purchased an amazing 12" purple base neon green bubble tip anemone and a large magnifica anemone which are hard to come buy. I had orders over the phone and has a nice long conversation it was very friendly and I was so excited to get my nems with 13 years experience with anemones I have never received a magnifica anemone through the mail as healthy as this one the bubble tip also arrived in perfect health but I was mainly surprised about the magnifica they are one of the anemones that just can't ship well and aqua dreams got it to me no problem and it's thriving today just thought I'd write a review to give them the credit they deserve. When my fiancé and I walked into this store we were expecting fish. However, there were very few fish there. Instead there were colorful shrimps and starfish where we expected to see beta fish. The main tanks were filled with coral. Now neither of us ever knew that coral like this coral existed. We think of coral being a pinkish rod (which they did have too) but this coral was mind blowing. Each tank looked like a scene from Avatar, a tiny alien ecosystem where there was light and movement. So many incredible varieties of coral. We will no doubt be starting to put aside money to get into this hobby. I highly recommend you go in to the store just to take a peak. It's like those netflix waterlife documentaries. 12/10.
