I deducted one star because they weren't wearing masks here. The new Delta variant has a R0 of between 9-11 Mask up! I won't be coming back until the end of the pandemic.which is a shame. I hope this restaurant doesn't agree with the garbage spewing forth on the digital ticker tape at the center of this mall.Trump lost.End of story. The store right under the ticker tape is called Ear masters.Its not too difficult to imagine what to call the Tennants above, especially months after the capital riot.The whole ticker tape thing gives the entire mall a bad look Finally some decent Chinese food. I was going to give up on the cuisine all together, it's been so long since I've had any decent Chinese food. They know how to make it here. The house special lo mein is good .The egg rolls were excellent once,but not so great the second time. I haven't tried anything else here yet, but I can't imagine that I ordered the only two good things available. It's a little bit more expensive than the other places around here, but after tasting them., Blah, it is worth it. There is not much ambiance in the place, but Chinese is mostly take out anyway. We got the Sesame chicken, BBQ spare ribs, and beef lo mein. The chicken was tender and savory was among the best Sesame chicken I ever had from a takeout. The lo mein was nicely done with tender and delicious beef slices. I suspect beef was used from good quality cut (sirloin). Chicken and beef were cooked to order (not frozen). The vegetables with chicken and lo mein (broccoli and cabbage) were fresh and also never frozen. The spare ribs surprisingly was used from high cuts of quality ribs (baby back ribs) and as a result very tender. They overstuffed our packages with too much food (can't complain). First time going here, went there for New Years eve, this is my opinion. It was busy a good sign and got my order right away. Only a couple of tables so dine in wasn't an option. The food depended on what you ordered. The wanton soup was excellent. The beef teriyaki was chewy but good. The chicken fingers were bland. The General's Tso's was really good. I liked the boneless spare ribs, just wish you burnt them a bit. I like the burnt flavor. I think its a bit pricy but isn't all food pricy. I would go back and...
