On the Hill Restaurant — Restaurant in Agawam

Really disappointed. Tammy made our experience terrible from the beginning. When I opened the door I immediately saw her with her mouth so full of food she had her hand helping hold the food in. She came to our table to get drink orders while finishing chewing her food. She proceeded to argue with the kitchen loudly about pancakes or something. She felt the need to stand at the door while shouting to another employee across the restaurant about how she feels sick and her stomach hurts because of "all the fries" she ate. Shouting about lottery tickets and anything else she could talk about. I just don't understand why she is allowed to eat while walking around serving tables. Or why it's okay to be talking so loudly I can't hear the rest of my party at our table.

The place doesn't seem clean either. Everything was sticky and the salt shaker was gross to the touch and looked very dirty inside. When they brought the single serve creams for the coffee there was used creamers and used sugar packets in the bowl as well. Seriously?!

I was also very disappointed that the English muffin for my eggs Benedict was NOT toasted. If you've ever had a "raw" English muffin...

Went in 5his morning for a quick breakfast...or so I thought. Walked in to a half full restaurant at 11am. Sat at the counter and waited...and waited.....and waited. No one even acknowledged me. The 2 girls behind the counter were watching the coffee brew. A waitress was busy with table service. An older guy came in and sat 2 stools away. He asked for and received his water & coffee. The girl seemed surprised to see me and finally waited on me. I had to ask for a menu and condiments. My meal came quickly after my order was taken. Eggs and French toast was good. The back door was propped open throughout my visit, making for a chilly place to sit. So, overall I'd say meh.... I'm more likely to drive a bit further...

I came here with my mom for breakfast for the first time. I got 3 chocolate chip pancakes and a orange juice. My mom got French toast with orange juice. The food was really great. The service was great. The staff were nice and friendly. Also very welcoming. The floors were very clean and they have bathrooms there as well. The tables and chairs were very clean. The waitresses are quick there as well. The parking lot is medium size with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. When i was there the place was packed with people. This place is in feeding hills. You can bring kids here as well. This place is very cheap on the price and you get alot of food. It is...
