I just recently switched from another cell phone company to T-Mobile. I’ve been paying attention to the commercials and I found that an Apple Watch would benefit me greatly, especially because I am a full time caregiver for a Veteran. I have only been a iPhone user for a couple of years and my phone was too small! I’m also getting older and need a bigger screen to see! I contacted T-Mobile E Memorial Dr Ahoskie NC. I spoke to Katie on the phone multiple times. She was so nice, patient, kind and truly listened to me and my needs. Not only that but I stressed to her over and over that I would switch as long as I could keep my same number! She wasn’t pushy persuasive but she talked to me like my best friend would and that in its self is why I chose to work with Katie and switch to T-Mobile! My stuff acted as if it didn’t want to transfer over for me after setting up service! Was not tmobiles fault but my old carriers! I was on the phone with Katie again! This time Alex aided her. I admire their dedication and teamwork those two ladies put in for me! They quickly and efficiently got me going! I got to keep my number! ♥️ I love my new service, love my new iPhone 15 plus, my Apple Watch! These ladies are truly amazing at what they do and did for me! So nice and polite! Amazing...
Read moreI recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience at T-Mobile. I initially visited the store and spoke with Alex, who gave me a quote for a home internet, phone, and Apple Watch package. She assured me that I would get the best deal possible as long as I returned before the month ended. Trusting her word, I returned the next Friday and was assisted by Katie.
When I explained the situation to Katie, including how Alex had promised me a promotion, it was clear Katie had no knowledge of any such offer. She had to call her manager for help. Unfortunately, the manager refused to honor the promotion because I wouldn’t agree to change my phone number. This was extremely disappointing, as I was previously promised that I could keep my current number while still benefiting from the deal.
Although Katie did her best, I felt pressured during my visit, especially when she tried to sell me an Apple Watch that I didn’t want. My main goal was to find a cheaper, better deal, but I left feeling let down and frustrated. After the whole “oh your service is down and we don’t know why, also we will never tell you why” 8 hour thing happened I really started second guessing the leadership in place. I reluctantly came into T-Mobile while I was visiting and booom my whole demeanor changed about other phone companies, well at least T-Mobile. I was greeted and taken care of by Alex. She let me vent about the incident above and reassured me that she knows multiple people in her personal life that have made the switch and don’t regret it at all.
