From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with GENUINE and positive attitudes from the Staff . We worked with a young lady named Shilo. She was most courteous and took her time getting to know our needs. She was knowledgeable about every Item we asked about . She knew the types of construction and materials used in our beautiful Paula Dean sofa. After comparing prices from other stores we made our purchase. We went back a second time and talked with Ashley the store owner actually. What a sincere young man and passionate not only for his craft , but pleasing his customers with a great knowledge of the Industry. We bought two more pieces as well. Being a former Vice President of Operations for one of the largest furniture Manufacturers in the Country I left a little shocked when they gave me not a time frame but an exact time for Delivery , I honestly thought wow that is a brave thing to do !! Guess what ?? They backed up in My Driveway three minutes early !! Wow .. now to the Delivery Team ..A plus Gentleman !! Furniture perfect , True professional movers . Read moreWe bought a high top table and chairs along with a lot of other furniture to furnish our new home. After a few months we notice the finish on our table was looking funny. We called the store and they came to look at it. They replaced it. Great right? Wrong. After a couple months the same exact problem started again. This time, the blame was placed on us. We weren’t cleaning it right. We clean it like 100% of people clean their kitchen table. With dish water of course. Dawn dish soap and water. Ya know, the same soap used on animals to clean them after an oil spill. Too harsh they say. In our last phone conversation, the owner yelled and was throwing a tantrum. Read moreWell well well. I’d been wondering why there has been a decline in my satisfaction with this business. Most of our home is furnished from Ashley’s on Main. Have been customers for many many years. I’d began looking into what could’ve changed and I see hands/ownership (father to son) has changed. Also, the staff at the desk and on the floor has changed. They seem nice, but the lack of care for customers is shining through. They don’t keep up with your orders and update you, or try and expedite you getting your order. You will get the run around and dead end answers or no answer at all. Your promised date……extend it by about two months. (Or more!). So frustrating as this used to be a wonderful place to shop.
