Harry's Convenience Store — Local services in Aiken County

I don't go to this store often, and from my experiences they dont always have the best customer service, but I normally don't have any issues. I get what I need and I'm on my way. Earlier this week I stopped there in the evening, around 8pm, the cashier was sitting down sipping out of a cup. I did not see her initially, I saw Tony first. I approached the counter. Meanwhile this girl is just looking at me. Tony, who I was told is the owner, was nearby, but he was occupied with something else. I've been in stores before where there were 3 or 4 people behind the counter but only 1 is tending to the cash register. Any other time I've been in this store the cashier is by the counter or register and its clear they are ready to tend to the customer. As I'm standing in front of the counter, Im scanning with my eyes to make sure they had what I went there for. This girl is sitting on her behind looking stupid. I politely ask, "Am I supposed to be talking to you or Tony?" Yall, this delusional 12 year old just snapped and began yelling, "YOU'RE JUST STANDING THERE I ASKED YOU WHAT YOU NEEDED!" She said other things as well, not worth remembering, and was yelling the entire time. Remind you, she did not ask me anything, greet me, she did not open her mouth. I said to her, "You didn't say anything and if I'm standing here clearly I want something." If I wasn't a nurse and had way too much to lose, I would have lost it on this uneducated, ratchet, lazy little girl, it could've been some serious damage done that night. Tony eventually came over to tend to me and I was on my way. Before I left, I told him that he needed to do better with the people he hire. If he wasn't there to intervene, there is no telling how that would have ended, and luckily I can restrain myself from reacting too harshly or at all to ignorance and stupidity, but not everyone can. If she behaves like that with a customer when Tony is there, how will she behave when he is not there, and furthermore how will the customer react? Do...
