I’ve been here before and had a great experience, which is the only reason I decided to come back but this time was a major letdown. I came in around 3 PM for a manicure and pedicure. There was no one else in the salon the entire time, so there was no reason for the service to feel rushed but it did. My pedicure didn’t smooth out my heels at all, and my manicure felt careless. My cuticles weren’t pushed back or trimmed, I wasn’t asked to wash my hands (they were just sprayed), and the French design I asked for came out uneven and sloppy. Less than 24 hours later, the polish is already lifting. I attached photos to show what I asked for vs. what I got. The staff was friendly, which I appreciate but unfortunately the quality just isn’t there. Now I’m stuck spending another $100 to get my nails redone somewhere else. I won’t be returning.

But anyhow acrylics are supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks I don't think these are going to last even a whole week. At this point I feel like I just have on glue on nails from Walmart n they starting to come up slowly I DO NOT RECOMMEND Acrylic nails are supposed to last 2 TO3 weeks However I would like to say that they are very polite very sociable.

My first visit was ok. My second time fill-in/ pedi, it was not good. While getting my pedicure, I kept getting asked if I wanted to try a new foot soak for $20 extra. I kept telling her no and she wouldn't stop asking. The whole pedicure she was trying to push different things and I was getting really frustrated. And then, my nails looked horrible after two days.
