Review update!

I am updating this review (previously 3 stars) to 5 stars based on the response from Sara's Fresh Market.

I buy peaches and watermelons from this Sara's location every year. I stopped on Saturday and purchased peaches, a watermelon, and strawberries. This is the first time I have been disappointed. 4 of my 9 peaches (picked that morning) had rotten spots, several bad strawberries, and the watermelon was just ok. The prices are higher than grocery stores but I like to buy local. This is not the quality I'm used to. I would take the fruit back but it's out of my way and not worth gas and time to get there.

I was contacted by Sara's Market about my review. They replaced the rotten items from my last purchase. I purchased peaches this year (2025), and they are really good. I will continue to purchase my fruit...

Stopped by and found the produce overpriced compared to other local produce stands. I could work pass that if the young ladies working would have been polite or helpful. The stand was not busy but when I ask a question she was very short with answers and I stopped asking. She seemed like I was a bother. I simply left. I drive out to Edgefield to another produce stand where I was treated very kindly. Well...

Today was my first time at Sara's. It was amazing! I got peaches, strawberries, plums, onions, and blackberries. Scoops is their ice cream shop. The soft serve peach was awesome. The scoop butter pecan was great. The staff were very informative, gave service with a smile, and very professional. Thanks to Sara's and Scoops for turning a bad day...
