I am always a customer of this place unfortunately my customer service experience with Shannon was not good when I let her know that on multiple occasions that I spent my money for products that weren't there in the vending machine and I didn't know at the time when I went to put my money inside the machine and she was very condescending sarcastic and rude to me over the phone and by email and try to make it seem like I was getting something for free that I paid on multiple times and occasions for and she was being very rude sarcastic racist and condescending when I sent screenshots to prove that per her request. She asked why did I attach them to my email to her that she asked me to send in to prove that it charged me multiple times for selections that weren't in the vending machine at all and I didn't notice seen or wasn't aware of .She said that she was going to have someone bring me a candy bar for the replacement and is overlooking my money being taken for empty products which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional Shannon should not be in charge of dealing with frustrated customers who are having similar experiences happening to them and then they don't get the fair attention and solution made for them a patron & steady faithful customer that they truly deserve it's hard for me to trust someone who says that they take servicing customers as their highest priority and do something so low down and foul like this to me and I am a minority and this is the disgusting despicable disposable intolerant way and manner that I was mistreated when I finally did reach this company after calling & leaving multiple voicemails and never getting my calls returned or being helped and once I said this to Shannon she denied what I was going through and experiencing how does that work for a customer experience to tell them what they are going through and turn around and deny them of their own experiences.?! I need to speak with the real owner who has true dignified understanding of my experience without being rude and condescending and controlling about what I am going through instead of someone who is focused on giving me a hard time and making fun of me for what I'm going through.its very frustrating unprofessional uncomfortable and unfair. Me and my coworkers who use there vending machines were calling to try and get them to refill but since we are the only ones using it at this time because of what is going on they won't.... makes no sense to me especially when we are pretty much the only people that use them anyway but yet when there own people mess the machine up and we can't get anything out of it for a week it's ok. Either way there products go out of date fast at our location because not enough people use them so when they came at me about the sells was just BS they were also told we can open it up to re stock so we could at least use it for the time being...
