Burger King — Restaurant in Akron

Every time I complain about this place I still end up going back and it doesn't get any better. They order two sandwiches and they parked me in a parking space while I wait they Park another vehicle and then the drive-thru line gets busy so I sit there for at least a good 10 minutes maybe more I see the vehicle that got parked second get their order and leave so wait wait a few more minutes but I'm inside okay I'm going to knock on the door on the outside because obviously the can't go in and the manager comes to the door but I tell her that I've been waiting for my food and what it was and apparently they gave my food to the other person so needless to say I'm sure they'll be back but the manager was very apologetic so there's the One Plus funny thing is though as soon as I told her my order they came back out to my car with in a Flash so I don't know what would take so long in the first place to have me park this place has never been rude to me but they just don't seem to be able to run a very...

Wow i felt like if I was black when I walked in it might have been a better experience. I felt the negative vibe from the moment we walked in. Can you say RUDE omg she wouldn't break on anything she wouldn't change my fries to onion rings she swore there wasn't pineapple in the frozen pink pineapple lemonade but all I taste is pineapple thank God I got one anyways cause this is amazing. They should know what they are selling don't you think? She got mad when I forgot my shake so I had to come back and order it before she was started on my original order. So she wouldn't let me use a coupon for anything at all. Not to mention she told me I couldn't get onion rings instead of fries on my original order. Wow so this is what akrons become. I stopped giving my business to the BK and just about every other restaurant on the west side of akron (the Hawkins area) due to the feeling of being treated unfairly or with rudeness cause of the color of my skin. Guess this is what akrons become...

I am gonna just avoid eating at any where around this area. I came in for a the new buffalo fiery wrap or whatever it's called. Had a mobile order got a cotton candy cloud which was good but the wrap. I normally don't return or have people remake food but I honestly felt disrespected when I opened the wrap. Before I even opened it I could see buffalo sauce leaking out the wrap and the entire tortilla...I kid you not was covered in sauce. I asked them to remake it thinking it was just an error.

But no...they served it the same way with slightly less buffalo sauce on the wrap. They remade it again but honestly I wasn't feeling to optimistic and I just washed my hands and left ...I didn't even eat the thing and my hands were covered in buffalo sauce. It was supposed to be free so I guess I didn't loose much else but my time. Will not be back. Learn how to make a wrap guys....
