Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Akron

Walked in 20 minutes before closing. Two customers in front of me and the cashier was very annoyed that people were still ordering. She was rolling her eyes and shaking her head while typing just angry on her computer. The cashier was very rude. Took 2 door dashers ahead of me and when she was ready for me, she just stared at me. I asked her if she was ready for me and I got a head nod with a glare. Then before I spoke I was told “we ain’t making anything new we close in 15 minutes “ I said ok, asked her if she had what I went in for and she said “nope”. I asked for her manager and that’s when she went around the corner and yelled “mom”… the manager came around the corner mumbling they close in 15 minutes. She just looked at me. Told her I just wanted to let you know how rude your cashier is and how she was rude to not just me but everyone I seen her talk to. Let her know i work in customer service as well and I thought she should know how rude her employee was. As the cashier was arguing with me behind her manager, I simply just told her, I don’t want anything now, I just wanted you to know how rude she was and I wouldn’t be back. The manager with her hand on her hip she said ok and I walked out. Very poor customer service and hope no one else has to experience it. If you don’t like your job, find a new one....

I ordered a $50 door dash today and my order was never delivered. I left my house to drive up there and apparently my order was given to the wrong delivery driver. They are staff members and are required to reduce the amount of theft and required delivery drivers to sign for the food and also swipe to deliver in the app and prove that they are headed to deliver the order. They should require the driver to let them look at the phone as a requirement indicating the food is definitely in route. This type of negligence will cause the store to lose money. I’m also calling corporate. There was a new driver assigned to my delivery by the name of Cedrick and he just sat there at the store knowing that my food was already stolen. He was stealing wait time pay from door dash by making it appear that the order just isn’t ready but it reality it was already gone. I drove up there and saw him just sitting in the...

I come into pick up an order and they have one person on a phone talking to someone while she’s looking for my order she then proceeds to ask me 8 more times then she sends someone else over she then proceeds to ask me the name of the order three more times and still gets it wrong then I put my phone up to the glass so she can just read it. She then tells me to stop w an attitude when In all entirely she needs to stop acting high. And none of them wear hair nets when cooking clocked that when I watched them look for an order they couldn’t find. This place is beyond gross and unprofessional. Will never come back. Didn’t even get my order just left.
