Tried calling to get an update on my delivery order through the Krispy Kreme app. For starters it’s terrible they don’t have any updates through the app, I’m just left wondering about everything. So I called for an update and a girl whose name was or sounded like Christin answered. I asked about a delivery update and if it was picked up. She then put me on hold for 2-3 minutes which was fine and then asked for my name for the order, I gave it to her and waited about another minute. She then said it was delayed, so I asked was it picked up because that answered one of my questions but not the other. She then got annoyed and Said “Deer god honey” in an annoyed tone, she did check and let me know the order wasn’t at the restaurant. But she was very rude and got upset at me for something I asked her ahead of time and I could only figure out through asking the restaurant because of no update through the app. 20 minutes later we didn’t receive anything so like the email says, we called the restaurant. And she gave even more sas and was being rude and sounded annoyed. Then about 20 minutes after the second call, I get an email saying my order was cancelled. So that means that chances are it wasn’t picked up so this lady also probably lied to me. We called the restaurant like the email said and the same lady picks up, she said she didn’t receive anything on the order being cancelled but how could it be cancelled if someone picked it up and is delivering to me. And to also find out she’s the manager? She deserves to be fired. She is incompetent, rude, mean and inconsiderate of her customers for sure. The reason I am forced to leave a 1-Star review is this. It has been over two months since I was overcharged almost $60.00 for doughnuts I never received.
I visited the store on a Wednesday morning and bought 4 dozen doughnuts that came to a price of around $66.00 and was double charged. I was charged the $66.00 and the teller/cashier swiped again for almost $60.00 while saying to me that he was just splitting the payment.
After reviewing with my bank and noticing the transaction discrepancy I call the store and was not able to resolve it with the store manager. So I then called the corporate office and have not received any response from them. I have called at least 8 times altogether. Around once every two weeks and they keep apologizing and promising to escalate the issue and have someone call me to resolve the issue.
I have waited long enough and now feel the need to let others know that their business practices are flawed and the are not operating in a customer oriented manner in the least bit. I am still waiting for any correspondence and it should not take me leaving a disparaging review.

Read moreOrdered 1 dz doughnuts, 2 single doughnuts and a bottle of water online. When I arrived the cashier printing out my order and looked at it as if I had ordered a ham sandwich. Immediately started laughing nervously and ask how I even got the order in like this. After getting the doughnuts together they let me know they didn't have any water. Not a big deal but they just stood there and stared at me offering no substitution or anything.
I get back to my car with just the doughnut order and drive home. I should've looked in the bag (classic mistake) because almost half of the doughnuts weren't even what I ordered and the regular glazed donuts were the tiny versions which I didn't order any of.
I then looked at the receipt to see what was so confusing about it. I have never worked at a Krispy Kreme and I can easily understand what was on this receipt. I just don't know if this cashier knows how to read at all or knows there is a difference between the minis and the regular donuts.
