They overbooked an art class I had already paid for and refused to give me back my money. One never knows if they're going to be allowed in because of the train delays and the people at the front desk don't care and turn elderly people away. The facility is a small fraction of the size of Pelham's Senior Center and the administrators at Pelham really care about seniors rather than collecting our money and sadistically turning us away when it isn't our fault the place gets blocked by trains or that they overbook classes. I am a personal Caregiver and took a client to this center to get him out of the house.. This is a great place for seniors to go and interact with others.
