first of all i cant type so please bear with me! i wish i didnt have to even give them a star! i give them zero stars! these guys are horrible. i had them work on my tv it was a mitsubishi and they claim to be a sevicer of mitsubishi! i had them come out and look at it. my tv had a problem with the inputs and would get picture on only a few inputs so it was still a working tv some what. when the repair guy came out he said "O yeah i can fix this no problem" and i was told it was their best tech! it was just a coolant leak on one of the boards he took the board out and said it will take a few days to get it done. well 3 weeks later he got it back to us. i dont know what he did to it but the tv didnt even work at all now so he took a semi working tv and destroyed it. then he took everything out of the tv with him and said it will take about a week or so. now 2 weeks had past and i was not happy about it they dont call and tell you whats going on with it so i called them and they told me that the main video chip was burnt up and they werent looking for the parts anymore for it so i looked for the parts myself and found quite a few good boards for them to use but they would never even get off their butts and do anything. so it has been about 6 months since that happend and over the course of that 6 months i called and called and called and for the heck of it i called some more. i had hit my point of screw this crap and i got another tv and they still have my parts for the tv and havent called about it at all. the tv was thrown out about a month ago so if you dont want the hassle of their lazy customer service dont ever use them! and if the manager wants to comment on this feel free because you know what you guys have done is wrong i had to call your freaking store and repairman so much they are programed in my phone! i want my money back! and thats the only way you can mend this or stop ripping people off! your store is a joke and hope wish you poor buisness as long as you are open and i will tell every person i know to steer away from...

We happened to be at a neighboring store and saw Electronics World and decided to drop in. One of the best decisions that we have made! We were privileged to speak with the owner himself, Mark. Very professional, and a magnitude of knowledge regarding products/equipment. He was very patient in asking what we were looking for and made great recommendations on things we never even considered. My husband and I felt comfortable with his service and the information provided from the very first time we met him. 2021, Needless to say, we went with Electronic World. Mark guided us through the entire process from beginning to end with frequent emails and phone conversations and working with our building superintendent to make sure everything was coordinated. Not only did we get a home theater system, we also got camera Surveillance and Wi-Fi network access. Electronic World has it all! I am extremely satisfied with the quality of products and service I received for the price. Read moreI first stopped into Electronics World looking for a TV and the first impression I got was "These people know their stuff!" I am not an electronics guru but I do know more than most, and have always done my homework before buying. I ended up buying a Sony TV and I have been more than happy with it for over a year now. I recently went back to look for a Home Theater system and once again they did not steer me wrong. I gave them my budget and what I wanted was about $200 over my budget. They showed me a Marantz Receiver using Polk Audio 5.1 speakers. These are not only well known but award winning manufactures of high end audio/video devices. The owner himself looked over what I was getting and cut the price down below even the $200 to make sure the tax would fit. I ended up going back within 2 weeks of buying my new Home Theater System to order a blue-tooth accessory. They didn't have it in stock but said they would call when it came in. A week later I get a call, once again from the owner, apologizing for the delay and to let me know the accessory was back ordered, he had even attempted to buy one from a competitor to fulfill my order.
