I'm not really sure what their deal was at this Burger King. We sat at the the drive thru speaker for about 10 minutes before I heard someone speak through the one in the other lane. After he ordered it was our turn. I ordered my daughter's sandwich and when I ordered my wrap she asked if I was canceling the first sandwich. I gave no indication that that was happening. The order on the screen wasn't my order, no one told me my total either. We go around and there's two windows. The first window has no signage so I wasn't sure if it was in use, so I moved uo behind the person at wondow two. We sat there for 10 minutes before we got to the window. A man in the window took my money and gave me my change and went back to the kitchen. After about 5 minutes a woman showed up. She went through her little door and got the money from the car behind me and gets them their change and their food. ...?! I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a classic chicken wrap. Nothing extravagant. She comes back out and gets the next cars money and brings them their change and food. At this point I am getting really upset. I have been in this drive thru for roughly 30 minutes. She didnt speak to me at all. She finally brings my food to the window. I've sat here long enough at this point so off we go. My daughter pulls my food out and I can instantly see that something is wrong. With my simple classic chicken wrap. They made it spicy.. why?! I was patient and I was kind and I learned my lesson... ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRings were dryed out whooper jr was cold not sure if business was open to public but we heard a lot of kids laughing an joking around in bldg when we were ordering but my son an I we're talking about it in the car an I told my son I think it was all there friends in there goofing around an my son saw all kinds of bikes in the bike rack an we only saw the two employees an no costumers in the building an all was quite an the two employees we did see were acting suspicious when we paid and got out food which we did not eat due to the fact that they were acting suspicious an it was cold we've never been so disappointed at a burger king before and it didn't help that we had been exhausted from driving all the way from wi to FL so I really hope that the corporation reads this review because 99% of every trip or burger king we've ever been to has been great just check camera's or maybe they turned them off but we heard alot of kids goofing around in side an there was no noise after they heard us say that an no other person were seen near countertops when my son had seen nearly 10 or more people in the restaurant very upsetting an disappointed šā¹ļø...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday, May 3rd, I had the worst experience at this exact Burger King by I-75. Rude customer service lady. First, she was not professional starting from the drive through order. It was obvious, she did not want to work that day, rushing the order. I pass around to pick up my food and the first thing she said was "you had the Whopper Jr order with the onion rings right?" I replied "yes". When I pay for my food, which cost me a little over $11.00, I only got a bag with the burger, fries and a straw. I waited a little to see if she was gonna give me my drink and my extra onion rings I ordered. Then she closed the window and she started giving me hand signs to move forward. I go "Wait!" Where is my drink?. She said. "You didn't order a drink" I said "I ordered the meal". Then, rudely, she tells me "Check your ticket!" My ticket cleary said Whopper Jr., Fries, Soft drink AND onion rings. I was so pissed, that I said "forget it!" and left. I did not feel like arguing with her or getting off the car to get management with a sleeping...
