Anytime Fitness — Local services in Alameda

I have been working out regularly here for well over a decade. It's convenient to home and a great value for the price. They have all the weights and cardio machines one needs to stay in shape. The friendly management care about their gym and their members. The gym is always clean and the equipment is always in tip top shape. For less than a cost of a daily Starbucks habit you can workout in comfort and convenience and after your workout drop into Safeway, CVS, and the dry cleaners. You can also check out a book at the library and pickup a meal of pizza, Mexican, Japanese, or Chinese food before you head out. All the members are friendly and the gym is never too crowded. Did I mention convenient free parking? Really if you live or work in Alameda or nearby in Oakland and San Leandro you have no excuse not to be...

This location needs a revamp. All old machines. All in working condition but seriously needs a remodel/upgrade. Surprised at how much fits in such a small space. Easy key fob into the front door. Okay location located near Safeway which has guards if visiting late at night. Parking is easy right in front. Was put off by the Christmas music blasting at the time I visited. Would probably not visit this...

Hello dear, I've been a Anytime Fitness member for 5 years in Asia and US. In Alameda Bay Farm, plz tell your grandma staff who works around 3 pm that plz come down and don't complain customers too much. This is gym people have to work she always make rules. Again, she always talks with her friends and holds the machines for over 20 minutes when I come to Anytime fitness and nobody complains...
