Unfortunately Lisa did not do a good job. I went in to have my GelX removed and she said "Why did you get these if you want them removed?" She did not use solution or hot water to soak my nails before removing, which would have been much more comfortable as I've had this done at other salons in the past. Later in the appointment she also said something to the effect of "See, taking your nails off hurts my hand." Lisa is yucky and super TERRIBLE -- I will share my multiple negative experiences with anyone who might be interested in learning more. If you want ripped cuticles and crappy, fast polishes (do you like "polish canals" -- missing polish on the sides of your nails??), just ask for Lisa. If you want passive-aggressive and even confrontational exchanges, visit this shop. If you prefer to receive actual customer service, go anywhere but here. I am happy to share more information. They will be closed by the end of this year...

My sister recommended this place. Lisa took me as a walk-in. I have really bad in-grown toe nails and stopped getting pedicures because most people don't know how to handle it and it hurts. Lisa was AMAZING!!! She removed them as painlessly. My toes feel great. My gel nails and pedicure are perfect. The place is clean and bright and she made me feel welcome and comfortable.
