One of the most habitable places in northern California. Having lived here for over 30+ years, I am proof of how desirable this place is. My daughter used to take the first morning ferry to the other side of the bay in 22 minutes. Then, hopped on Muni to SF Conservatory in the most efficient route. No traffic at all! LOL! Overlooking San Francisco over the Bay, it's a perfect location to watch the sunset while welcoming the daily ferries going back and forth between two cities - San Francisco and Bay Farm Island in Alameda.

I lived here before Harbor Bay. Great for biking, walking, jogging. It's wide enough not to cause congestion. The shoreline is beautiful with plenty to see. Harbor Bay security patrols the trail within their jurisdiction. Most feel safe...
