The people at EZ TV are great! They are very personable and worked with me when we were closing on our new house so everything was available when we needed it. They were flexible with the delivery and the delivery guys were very knowledgeable and set our new oven up the way that they used to do it, showing me all that I needed to know and removing all the plastic and stickers. Our new mattress is the best we've ever owned and they extended the black Friday sales and we got a really good deal. So, when you call EZ TV & Appliance, a human answers the phone. Call The big box stores and get automated attendant, and when I finally get to speak to a human they transfer me to the appliance depart. For the big blue box, it rang and then went to busy.
