Wow worst customer service ever. Went into sell my new Nintendo switch II. There was no other customer s in the store just Mandy the cashier and myself. I stood at the counter waiting to be helped after nearly 5 mins. of standing there I asked her if she worked here from that point on she was rude made excuses as to why she wouldn't even look at merchandise. She claimed the wifi was out yet my phone had a wifi signal inside the store. I asked to speak to manager she tried to give me an 800 number. I repeated asking for the store manager who was not avail and she wouldn't give me his/her number. Completley unprofessional rude and disrespectful. went into this location to look for action figures. i was greeted promptly by a polite and helpful young woman. explained what i was looking for and was shown were to look. after making the rounds around the store, she checked in on me again. was very polite and helpful. i didnt find what i was looking for, however i was very pleased with all the things i did find. also this store was amazing. well stocked, clean and very organized in a way that made sense. not all stores are. i previously have been an manager for gamestop for 5 years and have been to many stores in many states and this is by far the best one i have encountered. whatever you are doing by all means keep it up. loved my experience here and hope to...

GameStop in general is a rip-off. First off, the staff is rude and full of attitude. For example, I had asked to hold a particular game that was preowned and a gold limited edition for me since I live far from Alamo. The next day, they gave me a broken case and the regular edition of the game and denied they had the gold edition in the first place. This wasn’t a big deal since I at least got the regular game but this is something that they will do. Secondly, GameStop’s trade deals in are worthless. You only get so little back despite the actually value, and the only way to get a little more is by store credit. I suggest you go to Walmart across the street.
