They really need to get it together. They got our order wrong at the drive through and sadly we didn't notice until we were back at our office. I had to drive back to BK because I couldn't eat mine the way it was (it was an impossible burger with mayo slathered all over it, even though the ticket said "NO Mayo"). They also charged us extra for cheese on my coworker's burger, but never added it. The gentleman who helped me at the counter was pleasant, but he offered me some free chicken fingers as compensation...then realized that wouldn't work, so there was no compensation. As I waited for them to redo my order, I watched another worker get 2 more orders wrong (luckily, she caught it in time) and she was also using foul language. You would think my remade burger would look awesome, especially since it was to correct a problem, but it was slapped together-it had 1 tiny string of onion and some sad-looking chunks of lettuce on it. I WOULD say that from now on I'll just assume they will get it wrong, and that I should check my order before driving away from the window, but I'll just never go back (& I won't recommend them, either!) Read moreHad the worst experience with BK this morning. I needed 14 breakfast sandwiches, and knowing that would take some time, I placed an order ONE HOUR in advance of my requested pick-up time. When I arrived at the location, my order had not even been started. The two employees could not comprehend what my order was and had to stop to reread and verbally recount the sandwiches (I ordered biscuits and croissants, with bacon or sausage on each. Not a complicated order.) and were verbally recounting incorrectly each time. They then only had 4 biscuits. I waited 20 minutes for them to scramble around trying to count breakfast sandwiches repeatedly. When they gave me my bag, there were still only 13 sandwiches. My final order wasn't even close to correct. This whole situation was ridiculous as I deliberately had the consideration to order well in advance so that the workers weren't overwhelmed trying to make 14 sandwiches on short notice. Read moreI placed my order online on the Burger King app about 35 minutes before they closed and although I pulled up at the drive thru window at 10:55pm (they close at 11pm) the employee at the window was still super friendly and even joked around with my husband. I was pleasantly surprised they weren’t irritated by the late order even though I could tell the employee was tired.
The food was good, it was still hot and tasted delicious. You can’t go wrong with a Whopper! I’ll choose BK over McDonalds any time. Anyways, if you order on the app you can earn reward points to cash in for free food. They also have deals and offers there that you won’t find if you order at the actual restaurant.
