We spent over $600 on gifts in this store. I purchased 3 chapsticks from the bowls they have at the front by the register. I never thought to open them to make sure they were new. When I got home, one of them looked good and the other two looked messed up with the chapstick melted and one had a hole in the middle. I tried to exchange them and they said “Well they’re hand crafted so they may look like that. We can’t just take them back because we’d have to throw them away. If the person you’re giving it to is concerned, just tell them they’re new and haven’t been touched because they’re right here at the front. We can’t open them all and look because of covid.”

After spending that much money in their store, the right thing to do would have been to let me exchange the two messed up chapsticks or comp a couple of them if they don’t want to take the messed up ones back!

Also beware... they try to sell some things that they claim are made in Alaska but are actually made in California. I brought that to one of the girl’s attention and she seemed clueless...

Absurdly expensive for low-quality clothing, and the pushiest salespeople I have ever experienced - they just would not leave me alone. I was followed around the store and given a running narration about how "AH-MAZING" everything I looked at was, nattering monologues about the materials, possible uses, the lady last week who bought 3 and loved them, etc. I felt harassed. The faux-cheerfulness and excessive helpfulness evaporated when I didn't end up purchasing the sweatshirt (~$70 for a thin, unremarkable cotton/poly blend) that they heckled me into taking up front after I'd tried it on. I'm guessing the salespeople work on commission so I supposed I can't blame...

WAY overpriced!!! And return policy sucks! Exchange or in store credit only! Bought some items including a small hydro flask water bottle. The price of the water bottle wasn’t on the bottom and I didn’t even think to ask then after I got home and started thinking about how much the bill was for a water bottle, couple stickers and cards I looked at the receipt. $51 bucks for the water bottle alone!! I ended up finding the same water bottle I bought at Nordstrom Rack for $23!! I know it doesn’t cost THAT much to have a logo added to a water bottle. Everything you pick up in that store is excessively priced! And on top of that they won’t accept returns, only...
