Extremely overpriced and absolutely terrible customer service. They have toys and train sets set up for kids to play with, so my three year old is playing nicely and quietly, not making a mess or being wild, but she was loading the trains up into buckets that they had out. There's no signs anywhere that say the trains need to stay on the table and if they had a problem they should have told me and I would have dealt with my child. Instead an employee scolded her to the point of making her cry. I love supporting local businesses but this is one I will not spend...

Bought a keyless entry auto start on the 6th of this month. Less than 10 days after installing the product the keyless entry functions do not work. I was told that there was nothing they can do to fix the issue because i was out of state. If you even have the slightest chance of moving out of state do not use this businesses. All I was offered to fix the problem was to come back to WASHINGTON(um no I'm in Alaska) so now I have pay someone else to fix Cartoys work.

I've been in here SO OFTEN over the last year. I've price-checked on amazon and other places and their prices are either better or barely higher than what they have in-store. Everyone is always extremely nice to me, even when I bring kids in. I keep an eye on my kids and make sure they aren't causing a ruckus, but the employees have never had anything but kind words and are helpful as can be. I'm so happy they're still in business. I AM very sad that they don't sell Tonka...
