Northern Sparrow Boutique — Local services in Alaska

I placed an order online and after nearly a month of no shipping update, I reached out to the boutique. They informed me that they missed my order and because of that, the item was now sold out. They did refund me but, it’s frustrating that 1) I had to contact them 2) I now can’t order the item and 3) they sent me a vague “sorry for the inconvenience ” email. Seems very unprofessional. In my opinion they could have been more sympathetic, suggested a similar item that was available, really anything to make me feel like they value...
