I have spent over $300 PLUS A TIP , just for the problem I initially had to still not be fixed. I have called on numerous occasions and all of a sudden after my money has been taken there is no one available to answer the phone. FOR 3 DAYS!!! Was told someone would be calling me back - DID NOT HAPPEN!!!! This is poor Customer Service and to see the so-called owner arguing on other reviews regarding the poor customer service ppl have received makes me wonder is this even a legit business . I have even called the personal number of the guy Jeremiah, who was fixing my machine, Allegedly. Since the part has a six month warranty, I will uninstall that off of my washing machine myself, turn it back in, and I will be disputing with my bank. This review will also be posted on BBB.

PROVOKED EDIT: yes As I mentioned IN THE FIRST SENTENCE I did pay $300+ dollars for the initial visit PLUS a $15 tip that wasn’t deserved because I THOUGHT it was fixed ! Of course I’m not paying if the there are still issues. MY review was made AFTER THEY CONSISTENTLY IGNORED MY CALLS TO COME BACK AND FIX. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME 3-4 days after it was “so called fixed”, yall couldn’t return not ONE CALL???!!! “What’s up with this customer” is what was said by the wife when she finally decided to return my calls. Do not hesitate to call A-Team Appliance Consultants! I called their office on a Saturday to see about having my 6 year old dryer repaired. Ms. Theresa listened to what was going on and acurately diagnosed what was needed for repair. A Sunday appointment (that's right, a Sunday!!) was scheduled. Mr. Brooks called me when he was on his way. I received a text which gave me updates on when he was going to arrive. Mr. Brooks had the right parts in hand and fixed my dryer in a little over an hour. He even took the time to vacuum and wipe out the dryer to remove any lint that was showing once the tub was removed. The total bill was $131. The repair was handled amazingly well from the moment Ms. Theresa answered the phone. I am SO impressed with...
