I recently went here to get a perm done. I hadn't had one since I was 9, so I was COMPLETELY new to the entire process, hair care, products- new to the whole deal. I made this clear to everyone I spoke with. My hair turned out fine for the most part but my bang side where it was brushed to trim is noticeably flatter than the rest of my hair. I called about it and they said it would spring back up after I washed my hair, but if kinda didnt. That isnt my biggest concern though. My biggest concern was the chemical burns that I got in and all over my ears, my forehead, and the back of my neck. She told me to just wipe it off if It got on my forehead or neck which i did, but never mentioned that I needed to protect my ears. My right ear was burnt all over and even into my ear. I told them it went in my ear, but they didnt seem alarmed so I figured it wasnt a huge deal. Again, new to this. I kept asking for qtips or hand towels and was frantically trying to get it out i told her that it burned in my ear but she still didnt seem alarmed so I figured it was just a common thing that happens sometimes. It wasnt until later that I was told it was not a common thing that just happens sometimes. I wish she would have told me to protect my ears a little better. I am someone who probably leaves the salon crying in disappointment every time until I came to Bella.

Drawn in from the fact I could text her from her website and quickly make an appointment. From the start she was very personable, I sent her a picture of my hair told her what I wanted, and she suggested something different to save the health of my hair (for the same price she originally quoted, which I’ll tell you now is HALF what I’ve paid elsewhere) I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out, but let me tell you she knows 100% what she is doing. I love love love love my hair!! I also have one of those very blunt mothers, and she even felt it was the best haircut and hair coloring I’ve ever had, she had to book an appointment ASAP, and she is in love with her hair now too, stating “this is the first time I will go back to the same salon for a second appointment.” Which is a HUGE compliment from her.
