We brought our 17" HP Notebook to Pro Computer on 6/25/19. We were immediately helped on the spot with care and concern. Upon the diagnosis of a motherboard failure, our option(s) for repair were clearly explained in detail. Mike kept us informed on the status, and when repairing became not cost effective he had options for replacing it that included sourcing another and setting it up for us. Mike is just great across the board. Paramount is his great expertise, generosity with his time and his dedication to detail. He has a commitment to high quality parts and dedication to precision. Although the scope of my project creeped (ended up needing a new AIO CPU cooler and airflow layout; I was light on outflow) he slammed the project through and was done 3 days ahead of schedule. He didn't cut corners to make that happen; he just worked well beyond the hours I expected to get it done. His price was what I would consider fair and more than appropriate for his experience...

Tim was very friendly and helpful. Came in with a a broken external hard drive hoping he could recover what was on it. He diagnosed it was an issue with the case and told me exactly what I could buy on Amazon to fix it easily myself. He could’ve easily told me whatever he wanted and charged me a bunch but he was super cool about it. Happy to leave a review for Greta and honest customer service!
