bought a fridge from here , offered them the one i currently had for FREE that only needed a fan replacement everything was settled until delivery day . due to miscommunication i reached out after a hour of my drop off time which was 3-4 and they ended up having a flat so i waited until 6 and still nothing . I was informed they were 30 minutes out after i left home and told them i would be back shortly i had to drop my daughter off , they asked my eta i was 5 minutes away at that time and i get home and they dropped my new fridge off in my front yard with no dolly and no help. Reached out and was informed they were coming back and never showed to help or take the old fridge i offered them. now im stuck having to pay unnecessary fees to get rid of what i have because of this place and finding help to get my new one in . All i wanted was a working damn fridge put...

This place is absolutely awesome!! The warehouse was extremely clean and the appliances looked very clean!! They accept many forms of payment (cash, zelle, cashapp, etc) except card. The customer service was above and beyond because they delivered the stove, plugged it in and made sure it worked then they even took away the old one which the gentleman said was the control board and not worth fixing. I also seen at the bottom of the receipt there was a 60 day warranty as well. Overall the customer service and pricing was excellent and I would recommend them to friends and family...
