Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Albertville

I was really hoping this newly re-opened Pizza Hut would do good and be a big change from the poor ones that Marshall County use to have. While their food has been good the last couple times tonight really left a very bad taste in my mouth to where I will likely never be back again. I ordered carry-out online from my house. I got there about 10 minutes early before the 6:15 pickup time. I finally left at 7:35! 1.5 hours waiting on my order. After one hour I asked if they forgot about me. She looks thru the tickets then I hear the girl tell the cook to make mine now! I asked what happened and she blamed it on the new cook but really did not have a good explanation. The other girl then had the nerve to ask if I had paid yet to which I said “yes I did an hour and a half ago”. I told them that they should be paying me back! I should have at least been offered a free drink! The guy that came in 15 after me was still there when I left, and a seriously large crowd of people were waiting on their carry-outs. One man and another lady walked out and another person on the phone cancelled her order, all of them because of having to wait. Not putting my order in is exactly why I left the Guntersville location and never returned several years ago. And they closed soon afterward. The owner and management should be ashamed to say the least....

I would give zero stars if possible. This place managed to give us the worst experience I have ever seen by far involving a pizza place. We ordered 3 pizzas online. Picked them up at the designated time and brought them home. Two of the pizzas were under cooked, like way under cooked. They were a doughy inedible mess. Toppings on one pizza were missing. So we called the store to try to get the problem corrected. When speaking with the manager were met with a nasty attitude and the excuse "we cook them on a conveyor belt and have no control over how done they are". Then he offered a refund and rudely hung up the phone while my wife was in mid sentence. I could see him doing that if we were being rude but that wasn't the case at all. All we wanted was something to replace the inedible mess we received the first go around. So as a result we spent over $40 on pizza to end up eating leftovers instead. The best part is it's been 2 weeks and we are yet to see a refund as promised. Long story short there are a half dozen other pizza joints within a stones throw of this location, that's where my money will be spent from now on. I recommend anyone else craving pizza do the same. I called to order a pizza in which I recieved an ad for in the mail. The hutlovers pizza which was $12.99. The lady who took my order over the phone stated that it didn't include pan crust in which it clearly states at the bottom of the ad that it DOES ! Then she proceeded to tell me that she would make it with hand tossed crust cause that's how it had to be made. Then also proceeded to tell me that I didn't ask for the "special" so she was gonna charge me full price which was about $13 more when I started the conversation with "I need to place an order please, I the hutlovers meatlovers pizza" After she said 15 minutes and hung up, I called back and cancelled the order. I also spoke to someone different who assured me he would handle it. If you're gonna work in a public place, you should know what you're promotions are and don't argue with the customer who obviously knows your job better...
