The woman kept hurting me. A lot. She especially hurt me with those cutters. She also kept getting the sensitive skin under my toe nail with the file instead of my actual nail. 6 hours later, my toes still hurt. The other woman who was working had to keep telling her I was clearly in pain. The massage was rough and just one move over and over. She was not even on my 2 legs and feet. I have a red mark on my right foot where a bad cut recently healed. It is completely closed, but still very tender; she was very rough and kept going over it as if she couldn't see it was there or notice me pulling away and wincing in pain. The color of the bottle she grabbed matched the burgundy nail sample I picked but when she started putting it on me, it was bright candy red instead. I said 'this doesn't look right. Does it darken with the second coat or as it dries?" She ignored me. On top of all this, I got the honey treatment pedicure.The price sheet they handed us looked like it was $35 but then I got to the register at the end, and the price was $54! I wanted to wait a couple of days before posting this. Upon arrival I spoke to my nail tech and explained to her what I wanted, she said okay, no problem. Turns out it was a problem. She rushed through my filling and cut/burned me about a dozen times, the nails were uneven and the beading was subpar. After all that she ended up not knowing how to do what I asked for. I ended up having to wait for another tech to finish my nails and by the time I got into her chair, she was rushing through the service (she had to refill and lay more acrylic as well as the actual painting) as everyone else was starting to clean for closing. Overall I was there for almost 2 hours and walked out with nothing I wanted. By the end I didn’t even try to vocalize anything, I just wanted the service to be over and get out of there. The nails still came out pretty and everyone was friendly, but I wish she would have just said she didn’t have the ability to perform the task. Ended up paying $65 plus a $15 tip for a bad experience. Will not be going back,...

Don't bother making an appointment they don't care, they'll seat someone who just got there first. Came in with the bestie to get nails done we took in two very simple designs that should have taken an hour and a half and left four hours later with something completely different, my nails are different shapes and sizes and my friends is missing acrylic at the base the acrylic was lumpy after filing and they tried to blame her for it, we should've left when we heard other customers complain about the same stuff or when I saw a nail tech drop a bottle of nail polish on a different customer. Both man and girl were rough with my hands and made my bestie bleed, and made sure to let us know that they were upset about us pointing out ALL the mistakes they did!! Mind you one of the designs were simple daisy's just five white dots and one single yellow dot so simple and it took three nail techs to try and do it they even brought out the easy to use nail stickers and still couldnt do it 10/10 would...
