I have gotten my hair done here before and was always satisfied. These ladies do beautiful work and have good services. However, the last visit was terrible. I took my Mom there to treat her to a mani-pedi. I wanted her to be pampered. Firstly, making the appointment over the phone was a nightmare. Halfway through asking for the appointment, the person on the phone cut me off saying "yeah, yeah, yeah" and then hung up on me. I had to call back to let them know it was for two people. Then when we got there, they were ruthless about forcing me into more expensive services. No matter who I told or how many times I stated what I wanted, they did what they wanted anyway. I got dirty looks when i asked for just clear polish. They refused 4 times in a row to give me clear polish. The lady insisted on "buffing" my nails roughly instead. My bill was 3 times what I had asked for in the beginning. If you go, don't let them bully you. I wasn't as assertive because i didn't want to detract from my Mom's experience. I won't make that mistake again. And I will always ask the cost before I let them...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came in with gel on my nails, I asked for nail polish on plain acrylic- a request that they could not accept, because they insisted on me getting the “GEL polish.” After the fifth “no thank you.” The woman begins with the drill on my nails, asking “let me know when it hurts you.” What? It shouldn’t hurt at all... She uses the electric drill to file off the gel, instead of soaking them in acetone first and jumped right into the glue and acrylic. No buff, no primer, no file, no clipping my cuticle, just glue and acrylic on stripped nails. They upcharged me without permission adding an extra $3 for the solar powder, and by that point I was frustrated, but I just asked if she could clip my cuticle down. She said “No it’s an extra $5.” After that I requested they remove the entire mess and let me leave in peace. The manager says “no we will still charge you $12.” I said no, and they told me to get out. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTE MESS ON MY NAILS, AWFUL...

They can definitely get the job done! IF there I'm a good mood, IF it's not the end of the day. I was loyal and came every week or 2 weeks. Gel Mani and Pedi EVERY 2 weeks for months! The first time they messed up I never let that nail tech do it again. Had another nail tech do it great next time around different nail tech messed up. Ok not using that one anymore then the next time its one of the owners (the wife) messed up!!! So one last chance I was told I only had to wait 15min i told them i was in a hurry. I walked out after waiting 30min. Went down the street to lantern nails and they did great. Found a new beatiful PROFESSIONAL nail and beauty bar right across the street called paxiano I was astonished and my nails are the best I've ever had them done!
