Jazzercise is a full body and mind workout. And- the best part is ANYONE can do it. There are many classes throughout the day including “low level” classes that eliminate jumping and movements that are difficult for certain people. It’s so fun that you don’t realize your working out most of the time. The music they play is a good mix of popular music of today and some fun older songs of the past. Once COVID hit, Jazzercise got up and running with online classes... they didn’t skip a beat! They are always current with their moves, music, routines, and forms of excerise such as plyometrics, weight training, cardio, HIIT, core, Pilates, and standards like push-ups and planks. BEST WORKOUT IN TOWN!!!! Forget the stinky boring gym. Jazzercise is the best way to get a total body workout...and this location is the best in town. I've been to 3 different locations, and Carol Feldman (owner and instructor of this location) is warm, welcoming and will make sure you leave with a smile. I love coming here to start my day.
