Went in to get a sandwich,. I let the guy behind the counter know I was wanting a “vegan option” He said “ Here at Subway we don’t refer to any of our food as Vegan” . I thought, oh here we go , I knew I should have said “ plant based “. I get that, I said, but there are Vegan “friendly “ options that I have ordered before. He insisted everything had some sort of animal product- and even the things that may be plant based would not be called Vegan . Are ANY of the breads completely animal free, I asked? He said “ No, nothing sorry .. it felt like an invitation to argue I never signed up for.. This was already draining my energy , All I wanted was a Sandwich. He had a smug sense of someone who had seen a documentary or two - So I made my leave- sans the delicious vegan friendly sandwich I had decided I wanted 5 mins before . , I looked on line, and He was incorrect about there being No Vegan friendly options. 1.) the white artisan bread had always been animal free, and many locations have other breads in addition 2.) The Veggie Delight patties are a vegan friendly protein option for your sandwich . ( they used to have eggs but the recipe was changed in 2023 to be egg free ! ) 3.) Many of the condiments and dressings are Vegan friendly. Hope this information is helpful to someone...
Read moreWe came in to order 5 sandwiches and the manager said "only 5 sandwiches are allowed for one ticket" which we understood, then he proceeded to "just tell us" in an annoyed tone. They started making the first sandwich, and we asked for some extra pickles. Then the lady took 2 large handfuls and packed them all on the sandwich as seen in the photo. She also added WAY too much of both sauces, the bread was soaked. We stated what we wanted but the lady kept asking if we wanted to add other things, we proceeded to say no over and over again. The lady had a huge attitude and even put the wrong sauce on my sandwich and proceeded to say "well it tastes good so." It was horrible customer service, and I even saw the manager smoking right outside the shop. There was one employee (cashier) that was very kind! We talked and had a fun conversation, but the 2 other employees seemed very passive aggressive. While we were ordering, a lady kept asking for the bathroom code and the manager got frustrated and said something along the lines of "i already gave you the...
Read more9:33 pm. Brought my daughter for an after gym snack. After my daughter proceeded to get out of the car, the young man with the curly hair, who was mopping, began to shake his head no from inside, in order to communicate to my daughter not to come in. The open sign was on and your Google entry says that you're open until 10:00 p.m. The gentleman with the glasses proceeded to stare at me and my daughter in our car until we left. I do not know if it is normal for your employees to intimidate young 16 year old, but she did not want to go back. So instead I had to drive all the way down to 6th Street where they are really a lot more accommodating, have better customer service, and do not intimidate young girls. Check the cameras. Also, if you cannot hire employees that will not begin to start their closing procedures so early, it would be easier for your customers to spend money with you. Definitely will not...
