I highly recommend NOT coming here for your wedding or any important event. The quality we were given was terrible. The experience was awful and disappointing for our wedding. The day of the wedding, we received our flowers and they were in the worst quality they could have possibly been in. Disappointingly enough, it was noticeable in our wedding photos and overall experience. Most of the flowers provided were dry. The flowers that were pink or white looked more brown than pink or white, the flowers had a brown hue to the petals and continued browning at the church, the centerpiece flower arrangement, and the flower girls bouquets were a lot smaller than what had been described to us, the boutonnieres kept falling off of the men, especially the groom. We contacted them to express our disappointment, hoping for a genuine apology and to request a refund that we felt would be fair. A refund was given, but it was not discussed with us or one we felt was fair. They tried justifying to us why they were dry by saying verbatim, "it was a warm day which would account for some of them drying a bit," which disappointed us even more. They didn't care to apologize, respond after that or be customer focused. Terrible experience for a wedding. I have been buying flowers steadily from Peoples for years. The arrangements are always beautiful and fresh. If for some reason there is ever an issue they will make it right without a hassle. I frequent the Montgomery location where the staff is friendly, helpful and takes an interest in chatting with you about your order. A bonus is the weekend individual flower discount when you buy a dozen or more.

My internet soapbox moment: If you are unsatisfied with service you receive from any business the adult thing to do is contact them and attempt to resolve the issue before posting a dramatically scathing review on the internet. If you aren't able to reach a reasonable solution then post a fair review. Most good businesses will want to keep you as a customer and work things out to your satisfaction. Sonrisa Blooms LLC is where you should take your hard earned money! That's what I did after I called People's Flowers. People's flowers said they couldn't deliver flowers without a phone number because of the Pandemic. I was trying to go above and beyond to keep these flowers a surprise and this shop simply wouldn't help me. Sonrisa Blooms LLC was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND AMAZING. She was so accommodating in how to deliver and when to deliver, she ask about the person I was sending flowers to so she could design specifically for my friend. She delivered the SAME DAY even after a unexpected snow storm. The flowers were GORGEOUS and she even sent a picture of them to me for before she delivered them. I wish I lived by their shop!!!!!
