Star Car Wash — Local services in Albuquerque

When selecting a business to support, I always rely on reviews to guide my decision. Based on the glowing reviews for Star Car Wash, I chose them over other options. However, after my visit, I found their services to fall far short of the high praise in those reviews. The stalls were filthy and smaller than suggested in other reviews. The wands are so long that you have to spray on an angle as to not hit your vehicle. If you have a low car, forget trying to exit as there's a massive asphalt hump making it very difficult. Leaving with a clean car was unrealistic due to fresh, unfinished asphalt in the parking lot. Additionally, the attendant-possible owner- was very rude. I should have known that the bill exchanger doesn’t work when there was suspiciously 4 signs saying it works, one of which has a spelling mistake lol. I also didn’t notice my bay had a bent pressure washer wand which was annoying to use. The pressurized soap barely put out any soap. There is also no wringer or sink at this carwash.
