We made an appointment for two of us. Naturally they only had two nail techs trying to service 4-5 people at once. (Sad) not real personal service so I got the cheapest pedicure instead of paying for a deluxe service. The service we recieved today, made us feel like we were a number instead of a potential repeat clients. Also, what is the point of making an appointment if you both don't get service at the same time. Secondly, your prices and the service being offered for each specific service need to be more clear or precise. Since their is often a language barrier, you really need to post a bigger sign with possible numbers to match each service, along with a desciption of the services followed by the exact price for each service. I don't think we will be back. It was not a 5 star...

Ms. Cindy was the sweetest, and her personality made the experience even more enjoyable. The salon itself is beautifully decorated, spotless, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in.

Ms. Cindy fit me in for a deluxe pedicure this afternoon, and let me tell you—it was truly deluxe! Worth every single penny. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and my feet have never felt better.

This place is a total gem! I’ve been to so many nail salons and this one is the ideal combination of super kind and friendly people, amazing quality service- today I did a pedicure, super clean and tidy salon, and fair pricing. I’m so happy I live nearby because it’s definitely my new go to! They were so sweet and my tech Sophie was super thorough, took her time and my nails came out perfectly. Thank you so much Sophie!
