Went there for a pre-school party. The pizza was better than I thought it was going to be, it was edible, and while not great, not horrible. The overall management and such was not very good. They seemed completely unprepared for the lunch rush and the party. There was a group of 20 families, which they knew were going to show up- maybe not the total complete number, but it was a complete cluster at the counter. It took 30 plus minutes (being generous to them) to wait in line then get the pizza made. At a place like this, they should be able to turn and burn a pizzas quickly or at least faster than that. The games were good. A lot of them were partially broken or only had one consul of the two working. Not surprising, but not ideal. Overall, it provided what was needed at a very slow pace. My kids loved and want to go back- I however can wait. So points for the unexpected edibility of the pizza, major downgrade for not being ready to handle a crowd.

The staff here are so rude, don't look like they want to work especially the person at the register. The restaurant was out of desserts and the salad were frozen, napkins dispensers empty, ice machines out of ice, trash all over the restaurant.... the restaurant wasn't busy, they only had 2 parties of 6 kids each. I asked if the restaurant serves coffee, as soon as i got my No per answer, the 2 staff members I asked to, started mocking me and making comments about this place not been a coffee shop, that the restricly sell only pizza. I understand this may not be the best place for them to work but hey they chose to work here! Be nice and at least fake the smiles... it won't hurt!!! Rudest place !!! And they call "kids friendly zone"!

We stopped by for a quick small birthday party and how disappointed we were.... First of all, this store was advertising beer when they said they don't sell it anymore đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïžđŸ€ŠđŸ»â€â™€ïžThe girls behind the counter had a bad attitude when asked why they still have the item on the menu that they no longer sell. Then we waited over an hour for a 10 piece buffalo wing order that had no sauce or meat. No employees were cleaning up the dinning room so the trash đŸ—‘ïž was over flowing and was literally thrown ALL OVER the restaurant! THEN WE GET TO THE ARCADE: Ohhh man how it was crazy to not see the tickets shooting out of the games anymore đŸ„șđŸ˜”đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž Now it's like you don't get any tickets 😭 What a rip off!

Admittedly, I was upset. We had a long day, it was late, and my kids were hungry. I ordered pizza mostly as an excuse to get the cinnamon crunch dessert. I was told 20 minutes on the phone. I arrived at 23 minutes in the drive-thru. I was told the pizza was ready but they just put in the cinnamon crunch in the oven and they needed 5-7 minutes, because “they like to serve the cinnamon crunch fresh and hot.” I was asked to pull around front. I did so and waited for 20 additional minutes. I lost track of time and was shocked to see it had been 20 minutes with no pizza!

I went inside and asked to speak to the manager. Ange, the manager, was amazing and took my frustration in stride. She never deflected. She told me what they should’ve done (accurate estimate plus bringing out the pizza). I assumed the pizza was now cold. She understood my frustration and offered to comp the food and then checked the pizza to make sure it was still hot. She even offered to provide the GM’s contact info if I wanted to talk to someone higher up.

Ange is an excellent manager and knows how to deal with an unfortunate situation. She took responsibility and made the customer happy. I don’t normally get upset over mistakes but this felt like an absurd comedy of errors. Ange just owned it. She made PPP look far better than they performed. Ange deserves praise.

The pizza ended up being excellent. Good taste (as usual for PPP) and good temperature. I’m glad I ended up choosing them for dinner. I will continue to support PPP - they make good food (breadsticks are also amazing) and their game area is fun.

There obviously needs to be some additional training, but with Ange as manager, I’m sure...

Was extremely disappointed in my last visit to this location. Attempted to place an online order but kept getting an error so had to call in our order. It appears it’s a call center (not local) so the agent took our order and said it would be ready in 20 min. We arrived to pick up our order and spent a long time waiting at the drive thru window before being acknowledged. When someone came to the window, they said they didn’t have our order. The manager got involved and said this happens all the time. I asked if online doesn’t work and calling in doesn’t either, how can customers place an order. The manager said it is best to order in person. Definitely not convenient and if they know their systems do not work, why not fix them? They took my order at the drive thru window and said to wait another 15 min. Went back to the drive thru window 15 min later and sat there waiting to be acknowledged
again. Employees would walk by and see me, but nothing. The employee finally comes to the window and rudely hands me my order. Never got an apology from the employee or the manager and they made us feel like we were an interruption. Horrible customer service and will not be a returning customer. We ordered here despite there being cheaper, faster, and more convenient options, as we like to change things up but everything about this experience was enough to make us stop going. I submitted an email to their feedback email that is on these responses but never got a response. Basically spent a lot of money for poor quality food (couldn’t eat the salad we got because all the lettuce was brown) and bad customer service. Will stick with all the other...

I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. One of the managers, not sure of her name, was very rude. When I arrived, i had a few questions about a birthday party, I asked one of the employees if i could speak to a manager. Well she didn't address me, the employee took me to her, thats not okay in my book. Then when I started asking her questions. She was rolling her eyes and having so much attitude towards me about the questions i had. Which i blew off because maybe she was having bad day, cool, we all have them. But then i bought waaaay to many tokens and politely asked for a refund, the cashier said yes but the manager was on the phone and they would come get me when she got off. Cool. I waited an hour! Finally went back to the counter and asked for the refund again, same cashier, he looked super shocked and suprised and apologized then brought the manager to me. Same one as before, so my second interaction with her. She told me in a very obnoxious and rude way, word for word, "sorry. No refunds" I simply asked why. She rolled her eyes again and said let me get my general manager. Who by the way did a great job on helping us out and made an exception on a refund. This girl who works here put a bad name on your store and i will not be returning...
