The Cell Masters — Local services in Albuquerque

I've been coming to The cell master for the past two years, never had an issue before, however my phone has recently gotten water damage. I brought my phone to the store on 1/19/22, I spoke to an associate about the issue with my phone and was told a simple screen replacement would fix the issue even thoe I stated to staff that the issue was not the screen and there was no damage to the screen. I dropped my phone off at the location following day at noon and was told it would be ready by 5. I came at 5 and was told they needed my permission to take off my old screen cuz it would not be fixable to be put back on. I asked both men that if the screen wasn't the issue I still would receive a refund. They both stated I would receive a refund if they couldn't fix it. So I was then told to come back at 6:30 which I did and was handed my phone and told it was good. Not even a minute after leaving the store my phone stops operating again, I return to the store and explain the issue and was told to bring it back the next day so he can work on it, Granite I already waisted a day going back and fourth and I use my phone for work so I can't drop it off another day. I was told that was the only option and I would not receive a refund. As an unsatisfied customer I explained to the staff how that was unacceptable and staff didn't care about it and told me it was my fault even thoe I explained I paid for their service, "manager" begin getting loud and so did I and he became very unprofessional. and just took my money even thoe I didn't need a screen replacement and was told to get out of the store. Staff locked up and left right away after, Super unprofessional and sad to see this is how they handle business and treat customers of two years. I am $170 down and phone still...

Came here to fix my phone First day of using it didnt work touch would work sometimes i came back for a refund i wasn't told before work was done on my phone that the screens they use are aftermarket screens cheap service and parts ended costing me for i asked for a refund and got charged 55 for something that didnt work since i took it dont trust these people they will say take the fone see how it works now just ask for refund and take it to a place with professional and genuine parts i wouldnt recommended this place they will charge you a restock fee for cheap defective parts they install on your phone i was only aware it was a knockoff screen once the screen was installed After i took the phone and put it to charge the touch screen didnt wouldn't work When i took the phone in we tested the phone to show the touch wouldnt work then all of a sudden it worked again i decided to get a refund becuase i didnt want to take a phone that wasnt going to work right and took a lost of my time and money If i would of known it was a knock off i wouldnt of even bothered we can check your cameras im 100% sure i was not advised about the screen not being the original before work was performed on my device i feel i shouldn't of payed for labor that was not performed properly and having to go again Becuase the touch didnt work properly i showed the owner and the other employee i have proof and video of the phone not...

I went in to get my Iphone x screen fixed. it was pretty craked from so many falls but it worked perfectly. The screen had been like that for over 9 months. They fixed it pretty fast and for cheap but screen started to turn purple a few days later and by the end of the day the whole screen was black and it wouldn't turn on. I took it in the next day because of the 90 day warranty that he told me about. When I came in He asked me if I had dropped it or put too much pressure on it. I told him no and he said well let me check it because if it fell and you broke something then you would have to pay again. He finally said that It looked like it had been dropped which I knew it wasnt true and that I had to pay another 100 to fix it I said yes go ahead because I really needed it. he was done in less than 15 minutes phone looked great then by the end of the day the screen turned purple and then black and didnt work again.
