My husband and I grew up on Peter Piper so we know exactly what it tastes like and how one should run. Unfortunately, this location is really short staffed. The wait for a pizza was 30-40 minutes and there wasn’t hardly anyone in there when we showed up. The pizza order didn’t end up taking that long but we did only order 2 pizzas with one topping. There were Tables that hadn’t been cleaned off, (you could tell for some time) and were still full of trash and old food. Floors were dirty. The employees that were there, all stood around the oven chatting for the 5-10 minutes after i ordered. When pizza did come out it was just as good as i remember but something was lost with this service and atmosphere. I think this location needs help. Maybe some staff from corporate or management can come get this location together. Something else I will say, is that employees were walking back and forth from station to station with no obvious handwashing taking place.

What a sad excuse of a manager, sitting back as his team struggled. The manager made eye contact with me and closed the door right behind him. There was a line of people & he didn't offer any help to his crew but to go hide in his office. The workers were struggling to get food out but they were all polite & when I asked one of the cooks where the manager was he said he stays in his office, this made me furious for the employees, one confided in me a total stranger that he was ready to quit, the manager needs to get fired for letting his staff down. I appreciated the time the cashier took to take my order as he was pulling pizzas out and managing the front desk. The two cooks in the back were struggling but trying, pizzas were being dropped, it was a mess. My food was fine despite the sour taste the manager left for me to witness of his poor leadership, shameful in my opinion.

I had reserved a birthday party table at CHUKEE CHEEZ , deposit given. on the day of , they told me they had scheduled other peoples parties over mine and had no table for my party. Even though I had scheduled a specific TIME and day. And had given a $50 deposit to hold my reservation. However they didn't respect that. The Cashier didnt want to refund my money anyways the point is , dont go to chukee cheez for events !! So after that dissgusting interaction , we drove to Peter piper pizza here they allowed me to decorate/ bring cake and they basically made up for it. We bought pizza, drinks and had a great time. Will be coming back for future birthday events. Staff was amazing and helped with anything my guests needed. Thank you for making my daughters birthday special. <3

San mateo lotaction. Albuquerque, NM. I have 2 small kiddos. Looking at places for birthday parties so we thought we would try this place. Ordered 2 medium pizzas, zuccini, and cheese bread. Tried to order salad but was told they didnt have any salads. Food didnt take long so that was nice. But it tasted terrible. Tasts like tomato paste on tortillas with cheese. So gross. Kids, who usually eat 4 slices of medium pizza each, only wanted 1 slice. Bought a card for 60 min of time. Was only able to play half of the games as the other half where inoperable and broken. Would play a quick game and went to next game and was told we had to wait. Why? If the previous game is over then we should be ok to play the next game. We were playing the jurassic park shotting game and were renewing our lives to try to beat all tye levels when the whole row of games shut off. Not all the games, or the resturant, just the video games shut down. So we played other games when we could fine one while we waited for the games to reload. We ran out of time. We waited for 15 min at the prize counter before walking to pizza area to ask for assistance. I was bluntly told "yeah we know ill get to it when i can" so i walked back amd waited more. Waited for 30 min before another parent came to counter. I told him ive been here 30 min. He walked to the counter to ask for assistance and was told "we are short staffed and we know we will be there soon." I watched as the im guessing manager, ran food Stood around, spoke to other parents and chit chatted with employees. One of them stared in my direction, made eye contact, layghed and continued to chat together. Two of the employees eventuallywent home. I waited for another 30 min before giving up anf going home. I waited a whole hour before leaving. I have a life outside of that eatery and waisted an hour of it. There were other people waiting as well. The entire hour i spent playing games there was never an attendant in the prize area and none the 60 min i waited for someone to help. Your telling me someone could not have spared 5 min to help me out. Weekends ate busy with birthdays and fsmilies looking for food and fun . You need to staff it better. You dont treat people like that. But i guess thats ok because you already had my money. I will never visit this establishment again and i will be sure to tell everyone i know not to...

We always love peter piper pizza. That being said. Yall need to do something about your employees. There was literally 6 employees and one person doing everything, except preparingthe food. Poor girl. I ordered online and stood in the pickup spot. One girl at the register checking someone out when I walked in, there was 3 other groups behind them and one behind me. I stood there about 7 minutes before she had a chance to ask my name for the pickup. Mind you 3 other employees walked by me. A girl in a yellow shirt asked the people behind me if they needed help without even looking my way.. The girl in a maroon shirt asked if someone could cut and box my pizza (it was done just sitting there) she helped the next person in line. A woman in a black shirt (assuming shes a manager) walks out, walks by me says something to an employee then walk in 'an office'(?) A guy in a yellow shirt (was waiting to clock out) walked by me twice, after making a side salad, after she asked if someone could box my pizza, he help someone off to the side (just gave them 2 boxes) then walked around and then said bye to everyone. The Maroon shirt girl then cuts and boxes my pizza and she had to wait a little more on my garlic cheese bread. A man in a red shirt walks around from the kitchen, gets a drink, walks back into the kitchen and is standing there, in my eye line, sees I've been waiting, and is standing back there talking to someone I can't see (assuming the cook). The girl in the maroon shirt gets my garlic bread and sauce and I'm out. The girl in a maroon shirt needs a raise, she only person doing anything for customers. While 4 other people walked by me. I was standing in the pick up spot, it shouldn't have been hard for any of the employees walking by to even ask what I needed. The man in the red shirt, I could understand he might have been on break, he should know better than to have a personal drink in the kitchen. Im food safety certified by the state and if they have a spot for drinks back there it should be in a container with a screw lid, also only water but I know we will let other drinks slide if it's in a closed bottle. Not a cup of soda with a straw. He should be taking breaks in the break room, cuz it looks to me he's just...

They had an HOUR wait for a medium sized pizza...they refused to fire up their second oven so that they could get orders out quicker...that kinda wait for pizza kinda forces you to go to the "kid casino" and spend MORE DOUGH on their pricey tokens to win prizes you can get in the quarter machines at Wal-Mart...I only went there to support my kids fundraiser..which we were promised a visit from cat in the hat but never received for some odd reason! :( To top it all off in their "kid friendly" establishment I truly believe germs are probably spreading like WILDFIRE because the soap dispensers are not reachable for the kids under 4'5...just think ALL THOSE KIDS touching the machines they play on and then going and eating PIZZA which is a finger food.. direct flu/cold contamination!..Oh and ntm they're bathrooms are usually out of paper towels or toilet paper because they're probably too busy up front putting orders through!! They don't offer pitchers of beer anymore, it's like $8bucks for one glass and they don't have a play place anymore so your kids can work off the calories from the pizza..I really think it's just all about how much money they can get from their customers!! I abhor this place..absolutely abhor it!! I rather pay my daughters school up front to help them out then give this place my business! The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because the manager was walking around and seemed to actually care about his establishment and helped me locate something I had lost over there..(this is an establishment catering to kids and they don't have a 'lost and found' box btw..their manager just happened to hold onto my lost item for me)..and I also gave them 2 stars because they had siriacha sauce to go with their pizza which was a nice touch! But for the most part, this place is only good for one thing- The Novelty of having a kids birthday party..which isn't saying much..there's a GAZILLION other places to have your kids birthday party which are ten times more fun and even less expensive..think public pools, public...
