Venus Nails — Local services in Albuquerque

I absolutely enjoyed the visit to this salon! I was visiting Albuquerque for 2 days. I got a surprise proposal from my now fiancé, so I needed to get my nails done ASAP. I chose this place based of the reviews and availability (I called to make sure they can accommodate me). The ladies were VERY nice. They helped me by suggesting the shape I f my nails and advising me not to get the design since my nails were too short. The lady was very gentle and extremely attentive. I asked her to pay very close attention to my cuticles and she did. My nails turned out just the way I wanted! Attached are the picture of my nails the next day after I got them done (picture with the notebook); and my nails now - over 2 weeks after the first picture. Only a small piece on my big nail chipped off probably because I spent the last 5 days in the ocean.

Absolutely recommend this place! Make sure to call ahead to see if they can accommodate you - they had to turn down one lady because they didn’t have enough people to take...

I am most disappointed in having to give 2 stars! I have been going to Venus for years but in the last year, year and a half the customer service has gone down tremendously. I would make an appointment for a certain time and I'd finally get seen 45 min later, that would put her behind for the next person and that resulted on her rushing me at the most important part of the appointment....the color! Most times I was accommodating as I know they are busy but after a while I felt my kindness was being taken advantage of. Yes she always apologized and thanked me for understanding but my time is just as important as theirs and I pay good money for their services....I expect a good outcome especially after sitting for a total of 2 hours, for a pedicure! I hope things change for the next person but I think I'm...

Best nail experience I have had in Albuquerque. It was my first time in and they took me without an appointment. The entire staff is extremely friendly!!! I experienced excellent care from Tina, Kim and Bao! My nail session stretched out longer than anticipated and they were very accommodating even though they were closing up shop. They made sure to do an excellent job on my nails and did not rush through it AT ALL. I cant stress enough what a great first time experience I had and I will be going back and telling all my friends about this gem of a salon that I have discovered. Thanks again Tina,...
