Damage sustained to my vehicle was a result of an issue with the facility’s equipment. I was even informed after the event that it was a common issue with my specific vehicle. They are refusing to accept liabilities for the damages and the “corporate” representative informed me that they could no longer speak with me and hung up the phone after I stated that I felt I would need to consult my attorney since they were not going to make me whole after their carwash damaged my vehicle. This “corporate” person also informed me that the response from the workers on my claim form is that they pointed out the sign indicating damages sustained to vehicles was not the responsibility of the facility before I went into the wash. This did not happen, but was pointed out to me after the damage occurred and after I was informed that this was an ongoing issue with my specific vehicle. The assistant manager on at the time even said to his colleague in front of me that he “should have been watching closer to make sure everything was secured.” On my vehicle. When I shared this with “corporate” they informed me that this was not a true statement because their staff were not allowed to touch customer vehicles… I must point out that these workers touch almost the entire vehicle when they are towel drying at the end of the tunnel - but that is probably splitting hairs. The same assistant manager even asked if this had happened before at their wash - I have been here several times and nothing of the sort had happened. They made it seem like they understood it was an issue with the carwash. I can’t believe that a carwash would be designed in a way that would require front windshield wipers to be secured before going into the tunnel. My cowl, wiper assembly wiper blade and wiper motor will all need to be replaced on my dime. What happened to taking care of customers? I would give zero stars if it were an option.
The only redeeming part of the whole experience is that the assistant manager and his colleague at the time were sympathetic to my situation when the damage occurred. However “corporate” doesn’t share in those same sympathies. They were cold and not at all helpful. 5/5/2023 review update My claim has been denied by Quickshine. I finally called from a local area code number and my call was answered. After being told approximately a month ago that I would be contacted once a determination was made, I called today and was told my claim was denied because of their policy. Again - who designs a carwash that damages front windshield wiper blades. My windshield wiper blades have never flown up and away from my windshield even after several previous visits to this location. I will never use this company again. I wasn’t even offered a refund on my money spent...

Wash isn't that great and leaves you car with wet spots. Tire shine is barely noticeable. I went through the wash a few days later and asked the attendant to cancel my membership. She confirmed she had canceled it so I assumed she knew what she was doing and took her word that I wouldn't be charged again. A month later I get the $40 membership charge so I go to Quick Shine to let them know that I had wanted it cancelled and a refund. Matthew was very polite, but informed me that the membership wasn't canceled but he could cancel it for me that day. I asked for a refund and was told that I would have to call corporate for that. When I called corporate they refused to give me a refund stating I had to cancel in writing. Matthew was able to cancel my membership without it being in writing.... but corporate demands that it be in writing. Be sure if you use this place and need to cancel you get it in writing or they will charge you! This place is just a hassle and corporate lacks customer service. I do not recommend nor will I ever go back. There are better car...
Read moreBrought two vehicles here the same day because they were running a free $22 car wash promotion to bring in customers to this new location. First vehicle was a 1/2 ton truck and second was a small car. Both vehicles painted surfaces were completely clean but like all express car washes the smaller details like running boards and wheels were maybe 70% clean. Both vehicles received about a softball sized area of tire shine per tire. I always expect something minor like this because no express wash has ever gotten close to 100% clean wheels & 100% tire shine coverage regardless of level of car wash price. Single wash and monthly packages are in line with competitors. Vacuums were strong, staff was polite, and the air hoses for drying vehicles have a solid burst of air so if you're not prepared let me tell you now they blow air at the speed of Mach Jesus. As a side note to the this locations staff when my car was going through the top brush was moving a little too slow and almost came to a complete stop at one point while going over the windshield. I believe this location has great potential and has a couple kinks to work out. Without question I will return...
