I did not like my experience at this clinic.
Call center asked us to arrive 15 minutes prior to apt time. I was asked to sit down in an empty lobby and not checked in until my apt time. ( I have worked with their software, front desk must send you a link to check into your apt...the front desk here chose to make me wait) on top of that it took another 30 mins for me to be called...total wait time 45mins The clinical assistant that took my childs vitals had disgustingly long fingernails. This is a health code violation as all medical staff must have short trimmed nails (I am aware of this as i am in health care) Long nails caused for longer than normal time spent trying to take vitals as the assistant kept struggling due to nail length. It was not until the end of my childs vitals that I noticed the medical assistant had an exposed wart on her thumb. She had been touching my child with an EXPOSED WART... she could have A. Wore a bandaid to cover the wart or B. Worn gloves....any of the 2 would have been appropriate....but no...no precaution were taken and my child was exposed due to the neglect of the staff. The doctor, (not sure if she was a doctor as she introduced herself in a rush...may have been a physician asst) she was the least memorable of my appointment, witch is disappointing.
Long story short, unprofessional, ignorance and unnecessary pssb preventable issue.
Just a side note, At every hope clinic visit I am sent a link to review the clinic, it seems as if I was opted out of reviewing this time as I did not receive a link. It may have been because I told a staff member my concerns whom insured me to be a lead staff member.....but in the end nothing was done....
Read moreOmg the worst don’t get there 15 minutes late or they will reschedule you for 3.5 hours later and there is no other patients there. The front office clerk acts nice about telling you that you will be seen that day for being late but 3 hours later. You wonder what is going on since the lobby is empty and there is no patients in the back. Everyone I seen was on their phone. The employees took their lunch and took their time not being mindful of others and there was no other patients other than us. What a waist of county funds with people just standing around not doing absolutely nothing. No wonder there is no patients. Definitely not going back to an office that lacks professionalism and empathy to their patients. Go at your own risk, but don’t say you weren’t warned. Good luck and...
