WORST sonic in the hood. First of all , their staff was very short and non experienced obviously. Too many teenagers on the clock. The drive thru little girl stefani (it was what I seen on her tag) WAY TO DISRESPECTFUL. She left the window open and she was ordering other staff to give her other orders. She DID NOT move away from the window for NO REASON. She was behind the register eating a hot dog and drinking a milkshake and on the phone. The friendly man with the beard was very helpful and got her away from the drive thru area. Second of all , the friendly bearded guy offered me a free route 44 soda , and told me that my order will be out soon. I waited patiently and was looking through the window and saw most of the staff on their phones and not attempting to fix a bag or even clean. The dark skin girl at the counter kept dancing all over the place and flicking off the bearded guy as if they were playing around. I waited for about 20min. And started honking and knocking on their window and asked for my money back. The girl stefani slammed the window and rolled her eyes and gave me my money all crumbled up in her hands. As I drove off into the stalls I checked for my change and the little girl didn’t even give me the right cash. THEN , I went inside to confront the staff on my short cash and assured stefani has an bad attitude. The bearded guy apologized for stefanis inappropriate inconvenience and gave me my exact cash. I asked to speak to a manager somebody above the bearded guy. THEY NEED TO WORK ON management and need to have a serious talk wit their employees. I drove off hoping they shut that damn sonic down. Read moreI would like to share my experience with this establishment. It is currently 9pm. Today is 4/21/2025. I just left and the gentleman who took my order was very kind. I ordered online because they have a promo for a new burger. Well, online you are not able to add grilled onions. So I didn’t. A lady with a red shirt came to me with a very passive aggressive tone and told me that she was going to make it the way it’s been ordered online. I explained to her why I was unable to. I also told her I’d pay for the onion and bacon that I added. She just said okay and closed the window. It was like she made it seem as if I wasn’t able to pay for it lol. Not to be rude but… nevermind 🙂 anyway It was more about her customer services skills (or lack there of) that was off putting. I won’t return but I felt the need to express her very nasty tone and look towards me. She needs to either be retrained or find another line of work. Anywho. Happy Easter everyone 🤗

Read moreI visited the location at 2010 Aldine Bender on the way home from the airport on 8/30/22 at approx. 9:30-9:45 pm. I ordered ahead using the app, pulled into a stall and entered my stall number, per the instructions. The screen acknowledged that I was there and that my order was being prepared in the kitchen. Fifteen minutes later my husband went up to the door since the location was not busy and there was no reason it should have taken so long. He was told that orders could only be picked up in the drive thru. Nowhere was there any signage or info on the app or the stall screen that stated to go thru the drive thru. In fact, the instructions say to pull in a stall and enter your number. Once we made it to the drive thru, which moved extremely slow, the staff was not very responsive or friendly, did not include any of the sauce or ketchup we had requested, and by this time, our food had been sitting and waiting for more than 20 minutes so it was also not very fresh or hot. We had not had a proper meal for more than 8 hours having been on a plane with no meal service.
