Firstly, when i got to the burgerking location, I was the ONLY one in line and only one person was waiting for food . I waited for about 7-8 minutes before the manager acknowledged and asked the drive thru person to take my order. The manager was expediting the already made orders but she didnt greet me not one time and acted as if i wasn't standing at the register . She was wrapping up orders and sending them out and at this particular location you do that AT THE FRONT. So as she did that, i stood there just looking around wondering when she was going to turn around and acknowledge me. service wasnt busy this night (07/03/17) at between 8:30-9pm . your sales that night would probably tell you that... Moving along,,, when the drive thru girl finally came to the register she greeted me and asked for my order . I order my fries. Then as she was making them kindly she asked "did you want some fresh fries cus these fries are cold?" I said "sure" . As she made the fries and finished she handed me the bag of fries and i walked off. i ate one frie before i reached the door . It tasted so plain !! So i came back and asked her for more salt and if she had put any salt on the fries. She told me she did not salt the fries. She was in sooo much of a hurry, she asked me if i could just take a pack of salt and salt them myself !!!! I then told her "i would rather you salt them because its not the same" and (keep in mind i had eaten a frie already which means i had already contaminated the fries.) She then took my bag of fries and to my surprise dumps the whole bag back into the freshly made fries, salts all the fries and gave me fries out of fries she just salted. I didnt expect she would do that, if i had of known i would have told her that the fry i ate , i only bit off half and seen that it tasted plain and threw the other end of the frie back in the bag! But even not knowing that , staff is suppose to THROW AWAY food that has been taken or when customer has taken food, once they have it you can't ask for it back but must still make them what they originally paid for. I use to be a manager at a food restaurant and this is the FIRST BAD REVIEW i have ever written on a restaurant but i do feel like the issue needed to be recognized and addressed by the district manager of this location. To fix SOS, friendliness, order accuracy, cleaniness, and team members need to relearn certain FOOD SAFETY. Managers got to do better. Because Team members actions are only a reflection of how they are being supervised. So i do hold the manager on shift...
Read moreI was very disappointed with my last two visits to this location. I was ordering out because I work hard and needed a break from cooking I like the flavor of the open grill cooked burgers from burger king. I splurged on myself with a double meat and bacon burger combo. I was so tasting that bacon burger. I also ordered 3 nugget dollar menu items. I then decided I would get two shakes as well one for myself and one for dogs. I got to the window and ask to add on the second shake. I also asked for a small cup of ice. The young man was busy taking the order of the car behind me and ignored me. I had to ask him again. I paid for my food 17.00 I thought my that was expensive did not check my bag or receipt because I was needing the cup of ice. Then a second guy came and handed me my bags and shake. I asked for the other shake he said was still getting made. then I requested my ice which he said was a 50 cent charge. I explained I already paid and then he asked the other guy if i paid for the ice evidently I had not. So then I said forget it. I drove home ready to treat my dogs and myself , only to find that I had 4 cheese burgers and three fries and three nuggets. The guy charged me 17.88 at the register. I paid I looked at the receipt it said 15 something. Then they had rang me up for five nuggets 3 fries and 4 burgers. I only wanted One number four combo and three nuggets, I was not hungry any longer. I am so upset abut this still. I work in food and this was down right rushing people and not...
Read moreLet me tell you something—I wasn't ready. I thought I was just grabbing a quick breakfast, but no… this was a spiritual journey wrapped in buttery croissant layers and hash brown glory.
First, the ham, egg, and cheese croissant—oh mama. That flaky, buttery croissant hugged my taste buds like a long-lost aunt who always smells like fresh laundry and unconditional love. The ham was perfectly salty, the egg fluffy like a cloud that had been to culinary school, and the cheese? Melted like my willpower at the sight of a clearance aisle.
And then came the hash browns. Crispy little golden halos sent straight from the fryer in heaven. I don’t know what kind of oil sorcery they’re using, but each bite crunched like it was being judged in a fried snack talent show—and winning.
To wash it all down? A large Diet Coke so cold and bubbly it made me question every warm beverage I’ve ever trusted. It slid down my gullet with such grace I felt like a fast food aristocrat.
Maria, the MVP of the morning shift, took my order faster than a squirrel on espresso. Efficient. Friendly. Accurate. She didn’t just take my order—she made sure my day started right. I had it my way… which suspiciously looked like the exact way it came on the menu. But hey, let's not get caught up on slogans—we’re here...
