Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Aldine

I ordered a number 10 (with shrimp, 2 tenders, biscuit, and a side) with a medium lemonade 08/30/2018 at 12:29pm. When I got the drink I noticed that there was something red around the rim, so I asked if the cashier could replace it. He then took the cup and acted like he replaced but, and gave the same cup back to me. Since I didn’t notice until after I left, I was unable to get it changed there. When I got my food, I tried eating the macaroni and cheese and it tasted like chemicals were in it. I immediately called and was placed on a 3 minute hold before hanging up. I called back a few minutes later and got someone to answer but that someone remained quiet. After waiting for some time, I hung up and called again. This time I was able to speak to a manager named “Candy”, who asked me to come back for a replacement lemonade, macaroni and cheese, and a free pie. Once I got back to the restaurant, i spoke to a rude cashier named Hugo, who asked what I was there for. After trying to tell him I was there to replace a bad order, he cut me off and tried rushing the words out of my mouth. I had to repeat myself twice before he handed me the drink and macaroni and cheese. Even though i told him about the pie, he chose not to give it to me. Candy them came and handed it to me. I don’t mind people making small mistakes, but when you disrespect me as a customer, I don’t understand. I refuse to come here again because they clearly don’t care about...

I came through this Popeyes while at work in my work van. Ordered a BBQ chicken Sandwich, just the sandwich. Waited through a line picked up and paid. After leaving and letting stuff cool down open the bag to discover fries I didn’t order and thought “oh, extra fries” the sandwich was still too hot to enjoy so I did nibble on some fries but I’m watching my calorie intake and that’s why I didn’t order fries. I didn’t have time to go back and correct their mistake while in the work van, running errands. After opening the sandwich and taking the first bite which by the way was excellent. I love the their chicken sandwiches and was excited to try the BBQ but this didn’t seem different than the spicy chicken sandwich. SO! After sitting at home for a while I get a notification from the bank for that Popeyes charge and they changed my payment from 5$ to 7.50$. I’m so frustrated and disappointed with them. They can do better. I tried to call for a refund or for them to price correct the charge and nobody...

So I went through drive through originally and had to go back inside after they gave me cold fries. To my surprise none of the cooks have in gloves. And yes I know when we cook we don’t use gloves but there was a lady grabbing bread pickles and chicken patties with her bare hands and I don’t know it just didn’t sit well with me. Literally dipping her hands in the container of pickles with her bare hands. They are using tongues for actual chicken but no one has on gloves at this location. The lady took my fries from out of my hand and went back on to preparing food cross contamination much? So yeah idk about this Popeyes but that was very disturbing to see that lady touching every last part of that sandwich. I’m sure there’s thump print in the bread because she was just manhandling it.

My fries were not grabbed by hand but the chicken was sort of moist and not crispy like other Popeyes. I personally will not eat from this...
