I absolutely love La Florecita! The current manager is great, super sweet guy! I have never ever had any types of problems, but recently they hired a new girl, skinny, curly orange/yellow hair, and she is absolutely bitter. She has no customer service skills, she is rude, and looks at people with such disgust. When you are ordering she will stare at you blankly, and smirk, laugh, and even shake her head as if you’re ordering something bizarre. I have been numerous times since she was hired on, and every time she is there, I hear someone complaining about her lack of customer service skills and her bitter attitude. I even dare to say that there is not a shift prior to today where she has not been an issue. I truly dare management to roll the cameras back and observe her as she serves clients, and I am sure that in every shift, customers are unhappy with the services she is providing. I am almost sure that she does NOT reflect what management would like their establishment to represent. My daughter went and was being sympathetic due to the fact there was a language barrier, and the girl was being completely nasty to her .Not a bit of "customer pays my bills" attitude . Realmente es un buen lugar donde manager que es un muchacho que atiende Super bien Super amable pero hay una trabajadora ahí de pelo amarillo flaca ella que se pone a discutir con los clientes queriéndole cobrar triple las cosas a los clientes cuando hemos ido a clientes frecuentes en ese lugar pero la actitud de ella es pésima el ponerse a discutir con un cliente no le da buena imagen a este lugar por ese motivo pongo una estrella porque si cambiaron de personal o supieran entrenarla mejor ese lugar fuera increíble repito el manager muy amable qué lástima que contrate ese tipo de muchachas que trabajan por obligación y no porque les gusta su trabajo cada cosa extra te la quieren cobrar carísimo y aparte ellas deciden cuánto echarte cuando es el cliente el que debe de decirles porque el cliente es el que paga el pelo suelto se ríen de uno yo amablemente pregunté si ella era nueva porque nunca la había visto y por la actitud que tomó discutiéndose conmigo y delante de cinco clientes más y me contestó que ella no era nueva y se rio Que al parecer frecuenta la verdad pésimo servicio el que da esa muchacha que trae el pelo rizado y...
