My dad went to order a cake and the cashier lady was scratching her feet. My dad disgusted with that told her to cancel the order. “She replied with im not touching your cake am I.” Which yes she wasn’t but was ringing up bread for other people. They had the audacity to try and kick my Dad out because he pointed it out. Said he was being loud when obviously he had the right to question their disgusting habit. They work with open food and are scratching their feet. When asked for the manager on duty she replied she was the manager. Ordered three mocha tres leches cake slices, all tasted bitter, spoiled, not going back.

Update: came back to get my money back they said they couldnt because the register wasn't working.

SO IF THE OWNER READS THIS: I AM DEFINITELY UPSET ABOUT THE WAY YOUR STORE HANDLE THE SITUATION;

AS A CUSTOMER I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO SETTLE WITH NEW CAKES OR STORE CREDIT WHEN I SPECIFICALLY WANTED MY MONEY BACK.

Make sure you pay with card or be ready to pay over for what the real cost is. On 1/5/25 i went to buy bread and when the cashier charged me she told me the total was $25. I was going to pay with card so i cheked on the screen and it showed $17 something. I told her that it showed less than what she said at first and she just kept on ignoring me and told me to just pay. Not that I wouldn’t like to pay less for everything i buy but i was just wondering to myself if she hadn’t charged me for something i got.
