Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Aldine

Ok well I never write reviews or give my feedback even when they are terrible or they are great but let me just say this location deffinently deserves recognition for their terrible service and all around way they treat their customers....so I called to place a TO-GO order not CARRY-OUT and the lady said it would be a hour and half wait and asked if that would be ok and i said yes so when i realized That itbwas 10:58pm amd they closed at 11pm and still i have not recieved my pizza i called and Samantha answered and bascially had told me that my order was put for CARRY-OUT and was never picked up well of course it wasnt because i asked for deleivery the lady who took my order asked for my adress where i was and i even told her the hotel room where i was also so what im trying to say is it was well established by both parties that this was to be delivered so the manager bascially was very short with me not wanting to make this right until finally she said she would credit me a pizza which as soon as she said that she just hung up on me with out getting my info to make sure i will get my credit so after all that waiting my family and werenot able to get any other pappa johns or pizza place to deliver to us it was not just a case of a misunderstanding it was all their fault and on top of that was not handled in a professional manner at all especially hiw much my son and wife love them so much it is really disappointing how this all played out and tomorroe i will drive myseld up there personaly to make sure this is handled professionally and i get the respect i deserve becuse this is not what any paying customer should have to deal with well thanks for listening to my issue with this location and there employess/management if i could give negative stars i sure would becuse thats what they deserve is a...

After a hour &13 minutes I called to find out where was my order! Christina apolagized, said she had called my number wrong.she put me on the phone with the driver which then asked me Ohhh DOES THE DRIVE WAY GO BACK, WHICH SIDE ARE YOU ON? ( I live in a trailer & there are only 4 trailers & only on one side of the drive. They have delivered here before ) THEN THE DRIVER RAISED HIS VOICE TO ME & QUESTIONED ME WHY & WHAT FOR, when I asked to speak to the manager!! I told him I don't want a cold ,old pizza. Then he CURSED AT ME HOLLERING CALLING OUT OF MY NAME WITH. NO. RESPECT. AGAIN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER THEN HE SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN HANGING UP ON ME!!!! I have never had a problem before now. Then when I called back to get my card refunded I asked for the manager again & was informed there wasn't a manager there!! It's Christmas time & I had things I needed to go take care of ! NOT ONLY WAS MY NIGHT PLANS RUINED DO TO THERE LENGTH OF TIME TO MAKE MY FAMILY GO HUNGRY (FOR OVER 2 HRS BY THE TIME WE HAD TO WAIT & THEN GO GET FOOD) BUT IT WAS TO LATE TO GO FINISH MY SHOPPING. MY TIME IS VERY LIMITED TO DO MY SHOPPING. PAPA JOHNS RUINED MY ABILITY TO HAVE TIME TO SOME GIFTS FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN. ..THAT WAS UNAcceptable!!!!! Horrible...

The Last 3 Times I Order Delivery From Papa John's Pizza Sucked Big Time They Took 3 Hours To Deliver My Pizza I Only Ordered One Pizza Some Cheese Sticks & A 2 Liter Of Mugs Root Beer, This Is Totally Inaccessible You Can't Get A Hold Of Management To Find Out Anything They Put You On Hold & Won't Answer At All Unless You Call The Order Number And They Just Put You To The Supposed Management That Doesn't Answer, 3 Hours Is Way To Long To Wait To Eat Dinner I've Called At 7pm Didn't Get My Pizza Until 11:30pm, This Includes The Last 2 Times I've Ordered From Them I Will Go To Ceaser Pizza Instead Of Papa John's Pizza Ever Again Food Was Cold One Delivery Guy Forgot My 2 Liter At The Last Delivery Not His Fault Papa John's Pizzas Didn't Put It In For My Order So He Went To The Store Down The Street & Actually Bought Me A 2 Liter Of Sprite That's A Cool Delivery Guy For You, But The Staff At Papas John's Pizza Off Of Aldien Mail Rout & Aldien West Field Sucks Rocks I Don't Recogmend Them If You Want You Pizza Delivered To You At All I Learned The Hard Way, This Is Because Im From Colorado Not Houston Texas & I Would Have Gone To Get This Order Myself But Don't Know My Way Around Here Just Yet To Drive, Next Time I'm Driving To Ceaser's...
